In my opinion a pricing gap of 15k between these two phone's can't just be justified with a better build and software. The camera performance of the Nothing phone should have been solid from day 1, I know forks are gonna show right up with their claims of this being rectified by future updates, but we are being charged a premium today for everything that maybe delivered tomorrow. Have been waiting for the phone 2 for a while as a worthy successor to my OP 7Pro, Unfortunately the wait continues.

Nothing phone offers an additional year of software updates with an unlocked bootloader. Will wait and watch to see if there is a price drop a few months down the line. Neo 7 pro is undoubtedly better value for money atm (if you don't mind 2 years of software updates and 3 years of security). The base variant of the nothing also has only 128 gb storage.

Homescreen pe aane par, kabhi kabhi dock firse dobara jump karta hai. jaise ki abhi homescreen pe aaye hain. 2. Loudspeaker kabhi kabhi pura mute ho jaata hai. KZbin, Music apps sabhi mein awaz bandh ho jata hain tab. reported and even tweeted. 3. notification panel kabhi kabhi freeze hoke blank ho jaata hai. Screen lock karne ke baad unlock karte hainn to thik hota hai. 4. notes app use karte hi notification par Recording ka option dikhata hai. aur kabhi kabhi notes ka ek option show karta hai constant on notification panel. 5. 2nd sim ki logo ke baaju mein R dikhata hai. no option is there. 6. Vibration mode on rehta hai phir bhi silent mode par kabhi kabhi vibration nahi hota hai. 7. agar koi bluetooth device connected hai to Iqoo Dialer mein har call ke start mein audio output select karna padhta hai. quite annoying. and very slow and jittery as well. aur bahot sare option chahiye is ui ko behetar banane ke liye. 1. App Clone support for more apps. 2. Camera Needs just a bit more tweek for Portrait and Macro shots. 3. Display option me standard mode natural pic dikhata hai. aur pro mode mein Low contrast show karta hai. 4. Automatic answering for calling option is very needed for Headset and Bluetooth devices.

Considering the price , Iqoo neo 7 pro does offer a better value for money than the nothing phone 2 . Phone 2 does have a better build quality and better selfie camera but bcz of a price gap of almost 15k between the two does force me to lean towards the neo 7 pro considering that it also provides a 120W charger included in the box . But I'll still wait for a few more days i guess to decide which one to buy rn .

Nothing phones have seperate fan base so that fan base definitely going to buy Nothing phones. Iqoo did a awesome job with neo 7 pro. But I feels Nothing has great advantage in software updates n improvements as they only need to focus on two phones whereas Iqoo at same time working on software updates of so many phones. Software is the place where Nothing shines but not giving hdr in Netflix n front cam not able to record 4K videos is a bummer.

The problem with Chinese smartphones is consistency in software updates which iqoo is good at now but you can never say consistent for sure it's a Vivo sub brand and sub brands are unpredictable either it's too good or bad nothing in between I'll choose a premium for a guarentee that the phone will sustain and get better eventually rather than being in the fear that next update will cripple the phone

Guy's, I came here to see the difference of these 2 phones. I have an iqoo7 which was dead 4 days ago. 1 week ago I updated funtouch os and later that apps were crashing and I need to restart my phone. 4 days ago phone went off automatically.. when I tried to switch on, only iqoo 5g symbol is showing and in a boot loop and it only shows while plug in. So I went to the service centre.. they told me to replace the battery. I waited 2 days to get the battery. Yesterday I went and they changed the battery. Problem still exists. Now they are telling me to replace the mother board which costs around 19000. After warranty the iqoo really sucks. Or Don't update the phone after warranty. I'm thinking to purchase Nothing 2 price 40000 .

Why are the colors in the Ultra Wide Video that much off? The Colour of the Car is almost looking like Blue, whereas in Iqoo's video it seems to be silver.

So I'm a OnePlus 7 pro user whos enjoying Green LINE's on he's display for the past 3 months and want to exchange or replace it with good performance mobile and confused between Nothing Phone 2, OnePlus 11r ( yeah with that bad pathetic awful bitter current experience of OnePlus still I kinda love OnePlus display and overall performance and build quality.😅 ) and Iqoo 7 Pro or Iqoo 9t / 9pro. Also for safe side I do contacted OnePlus customer support to reconfirm that do I get any Green Lines on this new 11 series and surprisingly OnePlus support said they do reciving few Green Line in display complaints from 11 series users so I just withdraw / change my decision to purchase a new OnePlus device. That left me with only choice of Nothing and Iqoo but after seeing Nothing Phone 2 price 🤯. So now I only left with a choice of Iqoo 7 Pro and Rcently got a pretty good deal on Iqoo Neo 7 Pro ( 26k , 12 + 256 . That includes bank + exchange ). Now my question is it a good decision I mean did i choose right one ..?? Over the Nothing and OnePlus or do I have to cancel my Iqoo order and wait for the BBD sale to get Nothing..?? I mean compare the price of Nothing Phone 2 vs iqoo Neo 7 Pro I almost saving 20k+ ( including Charger + Screen protector+ Case ) money / amount. Does the 20k + extra investment really worth.? I'm a moderate user not a heavy gamer, my main priority is multimedia consumption I mean i do watch lot a YT, OTT content . So what should I do..??

I think you made the right decision, may be Nord 3 can be considered. No doubt Neo 7 Pro offers better value, even if you dont game on it, since the cooling on the phone is pretty good it would be beneficial in the long term. IQOO 11 with Sale offers is actually cheaper than NP2 256 GB version and it has a latest gen LTPO panel(OP 11 is using a older gen). Pixel 7 is also available at the same price. If anyone is going with NP2, they need to have strong personal reasons as there are many phone which offer better value. Nothing is a new company who havent built IP yet, so there are going to limitations compared to established players in terms of charging, camera etc. I checked out a friend's Nothing phone 1, liked the clean software UX and betting that the Team at Nothing would deliver a better exeperience over the device lifetime. Few Ex OxygenOS developers have joined Nothing, Nothing have also acquired bloc who worked on Ratio launcher. I am on OP7t, software updates have been a shitshow and UI isnt bad, but there are inconsistencies here and there. I am going with NP 2 1. For software experience. 2. LTPO screen, as I browse a lot on my Mobile. Since it can go to 1hz, AOD is effcient and usable. 3. Appreciate the engineering that went to create transparent back, though its gimmicky.

Actually funtouch os is the thing that’s why iqoo needed such aggressive pricing. People who don’t care about that software experience should buy iqoo and save money 💰. I personally preordered the nothing phone 2 with 39999 including offers coz I like the transparent design and I need that reverse wireless charging feature. I don’t use netflix and do some gaming not a hardcore so this is the best I got in 40k. Oneplus is having that green line problem and I already know 3-4 people with that problem😢
