Been using this phone since launch. This is a pretty good phone if you love the old OnePlus UI. Very average camera and a good battery life. Glyph interface is really a gimmick.

Good balanced review! I agree on everything that you touched upon. The glyphs & sound composer are gimmicky which one will most likely ignore after the first few days. If Nothing had instead more money & effort on camera performance, this would have been a winner out of the box. I do wish you had touched upon sound quality, thru speakers & thru earphones. Also on the loudness of alarms, ringtone & if it's possible to use legacy wired earphones. Also on call quality, network capturing, whether it supports wifi calling etc, whether it has blue light filtering night mode, reading mode. All the same, thanks for a good review in a calm measured voice.

I have had the phone 2 scince release now, I like it. Though the cameras arent that amazing, but still better than my previous phone, the s21. The only things i miss is a telephoto lens and ip76 water resistance.

I mean samsung is great, but pretty expensive. Nothings cheap price but very premium feeling really makes it stand out. And the gimmicky lights on the back actually made it somewhat exciting to actually have something new and innovative on a phone. I really like it. I wouldn't go for a oneplus, but thats just me maybe. They lost their feeling when the CEO started Nothing instead, the phone 2 really has its soul kind of. And the nice thing is that some of the diehard apple fans actually thinks my phone is cool. So that is also a plus, its a bit of a party trick, the light, but it is fun if you like it. You stand out a little. The phone 2 only cost 599 us dollars. Thats a really good price. Feels like a 1000 dollar phone. Tho the price variates in different countries. Here in sweden the 256gb model cost about 850 dollars. Hope this helps!

As per me nothing phone 2 has 2 issues 1- average speakers 2- average microphone 3- bit uncomfortable for single hand users My personal issues. No gallery app from nothing. They do offer Google photos but every Android phone dose the same, even we can use it in apple phones. Most People use Google photos as photo backup rather than using it as primary gallery app.

@@bhatts18 Yeah i have used netflix to watch so many shows i didnt get hdr but its good and also to be noted i have got my mobile recently only Oct 11 but i am finding small small bugs in ui I dont know if those bugs are only in my mobile or not like some times camera goes black and some times payment apps like phone pe and Bhim and gpay stops working after restarting they will work again i tried resetting my device and starting it fresh again still same, So if you are looking better take some other mobile

The phone is a great phone. If you forget about the glyphs. Because they are a gimmick. The phone just works. Get amazing battery life, great performance, good software and good enough cameras but honestly it's $200 too expensive. You can get a Samsung S23 or a iPhone 15 for what this cost almost $800 and those have way better cameras.

I have the Pixel 7 but just something about the nothing phone that drew me so I decided to give it a chance and I've been absolutely impressed with this phone, from software, with great performance, amazing battery life, and a good enough camera to take whatever pictures I need. The only thing I missed from my Pixel was the "call screening" but for $600 this is a flagship I don't care what these KZbinrs say. Would recommend this to anyone looking for a great Phone that will last 3-4 years. Can't wait to see what the Nothing Phone 3 brings

Go for nothing phone 2 if your priority is camera and battery and experience - i have compared it to op 11 and indoor video and photo are way better than op 11 and outdoor are equally good to op 11 so i can say nothing phone 2 if worth it upto 40-2k better than op 11r and ip 13 i recommend 11r for gamers and iQoo is a way deferent phone way cheaper tbh gamers can go with Iqoo and those who who want an unique experience can go for nothing i dont think oneplus has any special x factor just a normal value for money phone for those who dont want anything deferent mostly for older ppl ( i am currently using the nothing phone 2 as a teen and highly recommended to all the teenagers it will give you a unique experience )
