Remember taking the £1 ferry-to-France offers many years back and never had to worry about my passport being checked or how much I bought back. Now, we in the U.K. are experiencing passport controls that are similar to those when visiting the US; only that you can only stay in the EU for a maximum of 90 days per 180. Yes, we have experienced these border checks at many countries, but not within the EU when we were members. So, in summary, yes, these border control checks are due to the Brexit this government delivered…
