My father and Marcus’ father served together. They remained friends until my father’s death, some years ago. I’m closer to the older brother than I am to Marcus but we literally grew up together, spent holidays with each other’s family and attended special life events of one another. He’s always been a good dude, what many don’t know is that he wanted to be a comedian as a kid. He has jokes.

Honestly, there’s not many people in this world well equipped to do what he can do and at the level he’s doing it. It takes a rare human being with a great spirit within, and the courage to move forth in the challenge on all levels. I keep telling everyone how lucky Notre Dame is to have him and how lucky we are to have him in our community!!! you talk about moving mountains you’re talking Marcus Freeman! Thank you!!!!!

quick tip ,,, when your squatting , use more of a neutral gaze instead of trying to look up,, looking up prevents you from hitting good depth, neutral gaze, force your knees out a bit and sink into the squat,, I use the box squat to make sure im hitting the same depth each time regardless of weight .
