My mom used to have a gsxr 750 when she was younger and my dad had a gsxr 1000 and they never crashed or messed up their bikes until a drunk driver pulled in front of my dad and he had my mom on the back of his bike and they went flying through the air and I am lucky to say that they are ok and I am here, so stay safe and watch out. Unbolt the clutch lever from the bar and then you can move it to have plenty of slack to remove the cable

You have two mounting points in the rear of the engine. I rode my gsxr 600 for a year with both front engine hanger bolts missing and the engine didn’t shift 1 millimeter

K5 and K6. Just means. 2005 - 2006 gsxr1000. Not 600 or 750. And the tails are the same on the 05-06 gsxr1000.
