I believe, for all the differences the two characters have that may put bumps and wedges between their relationship, that Harley and Ivy have the strength to overcome any hardship they come up against. They can figure out a way to compromise and come out stronger and better every time. And they are just so darn cute while doing it. I've loved them since I first saw the episode Harley and Ivy in the 90s Batman cartoon as a kid and I love them even more now. I may not be able to afford an HBO Max subscription right now, but I'm glad I get to watch Harlivy through Elijah's reactions. Can't wait for the next one.

Can I just say that black comedy romance is absolutely my vibe. Like I don't know if there's anything better than the combination of traditional fluffy supportive relationships and casual criminal violence. It completely flips the idea of evil on its head, by giving the power of love to the villains. It's such a beautiful twist that is so underutilized in fiction. The only other example I can think of right now is Venom: Let There Be Carnage, which is why it's a perfect movie. Anyways this does that _in addition_ to *gay.* So I'm very happy right now.

2:02 I mean, this was pretty much as obviou as it could've been since the start. Even in the 90's Batman cartoon (the one she came from), she's been giving off "more than friends" with Ivy the very first episode they meet. Then they've been dropping more hints in comics throughout the years and think one universe had them be together.

The main DC comics universe has had them kind of off and on basically since the reboot in 2011. Sadly they currently aren't together because of stuff that went on in a Bat-crossover and the whole mess that is Ivy's current solo series.

You should really read "Harley Quinn: The Animated Series: The Eat. Bang! Kill. Tour" Is basically the events between season 2 and 3. It deals with all of Ivy insecurities, anxiety, gay awakening... you know angsty shit, but mostly is the show same enrgy

I’m really curious about where season 3 is going to go exactly. Season 2 basically wrapped up all of the main plot threads from that season and the first one. The Justice league was freed from the book, dr. psycho was stopped and Harley and Ivy finally got together even if kite man got done hell of dirty in the process
