Fun fact: Chenle actually grew up in a very wealthy family. His grandpa is actually one of the wealthiest people in China. That solo concert he had as a a kid, his parents planned it for him, bc they wanted to have a memory of of his voice before he hit puberty and it changed. Like wtf!!😂😂👏👏👏👏

NCT members fun facts: 📍Taeil got accepted in SM and at the same time we was accepted in a famous music institution but he dropped out of college to pursue a career in SM. 📍Johnny was supposed to debut with EXO. 📍Yuta is the first japanese idol in SM. 📍Taeyong is so bad at dancing before debut that even his dancing teacher doubted that he's gonna make it. But it's SM, SM believes that skills and talents can be taught. Look at him now. 📍Doyoung came from the family of actors & athletes. His brother is an actor & his parents are athletes. 📍Kun is the only member who have a degree. 📍Jungwoo is one of the trainees who passed the 'infamous saturday audition' wherein Lee Soo Man (SM's founder & CEO) himself picks someone to become a trainee in SM. 📍Lucas is actually chinese-thai but he's nationality is Chinese, his mom is thai & his dad is chinese. Before debut he's an athlete. 📍Haechan is also one of the trainees who passed the 'infamous saturday audition' in SM. 📍Renjun's village is so close to Korea that he grew up bilingual (mandarin & korean) and he rode a train coming to Korea. 📍Jeno & Jaemin are both casted during their volunteer work. 📍Jeno is a child actor before debut. Has multiple cf's. 📍Chenle trained only for 3 months, before debut he has released an album, fan signing event and a concert. He is known to be the richest member in NCT and members often flex how rich he is. 📍Jisung is a child actor and before debut he competed in a Chinese survival show with Chenle as another competitor. They met again years after Chenle came to SM and debuted together in the same unit.

I think i should correct somethings - Renjun once told he went to the audition place by train, but it’s in China not Korea - Jaemin was casted when he was doing volunteer with his mom, but Jeno was not. SM called Jeno’s mom to ask him to join SM - Chenle is not the richest NCT member and he has refused this rumor many times. So I hope we can tell more about how talent this boy is, instead of he’s a rich boy - Chenle and Jisung first met in a China music program for children from all around the word in 2011, which is way before both of them joined SM. And Jisung was Korea’s representative. - Chenle is the youngest artist in the world to be invited to sing at the Golden Hall of Vienna with a solo performance when he was 9. The video he sang with the orchestra was from this event

If you're interested in funny NCT fanmade videos I highly reccomend NCT foreign members vs the korean language (5 parts) NCT speaking english but there's only 1 braincell NCT and their big sibling energy (3 parts) Those are definitely fandom classics and they are hilarious but also help a lot with getting to know the members and their relationship with eachother better! I'm super excited for you to find out more about them!:)

Really can't understand anyone who recommends editvideos. Out of all the NCT content that we have, you guys really recommend crackedit channels??!!? It won't help to get to know the members. Such videos are for fans and not for new people who get into them. NCT has so much original content. Please do check it out. You will easily learn names and faces when you watch "NCT 127 acts out 19 emotions" (for 127 first) Or NCT 127 "American School" series. Sun & Moon series is perfect because it shows all members!! There's also videos I'd recommend for WayV or for Nct Dream but I don't want to overwhelm you. But the ones I requested are really a good start.

42:55 Chenle was the youngest person at that time (he was 9!!) to perform in Golden Hall of Vienna on New Year in 2011. That's actually a really huge event, that's why you can see people dressed up so smart, the orchestra playing in the background etc. He sure is a child prodigy! He also released three solo albums before debuting in NCT

Quick guide for some of the names lol Kun is who yu're calling "Q." You say it like the second half of the word "raccoon." Xiaojun is like a shortened version of his full name. "Xiao" is actually his last name, so everyone calls him Xiaojun since it's his stage name. Hia actual name is Dejun, but not many people call him that, so just call him Xiaojun, since Xiao would be like calling him by his last name. Renjun's name is pronounced more like "Run-jun" or "Rohn-jun"since whenever there's an "e" in Chinese words translated to English they have a sort of "uh/oh" sound. Just like with Renjun, the "e" rule in Chinese applies to his name too, so it's pronounced more like "Chohn-luh" is the best way I can spell it.

ok so really quick- lucas like really really really wanted (and still wants) to be in dream. mark is the oldest in dream and lucas is just a few months older than him but sm didn't allow lucas to join dream for 2 reasons. a.) hes too tall and b.) he didn't fit dreams debut concept. nct dream debuted with a very cute and youthful concept and lucas had very mature looks and his voice was already developed. nevertheless we as a fandom joke about lucas being in dream and make it a fun thing :))

22:20 the thing is the region in china ~his homeland is in borders korea (north korea in particular) so there are many the people there who have korean ethnicity or some ancestry & many speak it but a different dialect closer to the north korean one (he had the strongest korean among foreigners perhaps due to past exposure)~there is a schools there as well where they focus a lot on specking the language more ~plus there are pictures from his childhood celebrating korean holidays and dressing in traditional korean attire. There is a compilation of the members being shocked at how knowledgeable of a lot of past korean references/entertainment/ of things they themselves forget and he seems to direct a lot of it to his grandma and consuming all that with her. there are many ethnicities in china (big country) and so chinese nationality is very different meaning then ethnicity since there are so many backgrounds -one being korean that is super concentrated in regions close to korea ~that many chinese fans also think he most likely be of that background however that does not change being a chinese national ~which he identifies as ~he does not go into talking about his ethnicity~ and in korea there may not be a point sharing it explicitly-they still see you as mostly a foreigner for the most part anyways since they base it by nationality anyways (having more effect on cultural upbringing) & it can backfire as well so we just stick to what he emphasizes more and focus more on nationality since that is more of ones cultural reference point (considering he spend most of his childhood there)

if you want to start on their discography/crack vids i suggest you focus at 1 unit at the time. You can remember better if you focus on 1 unit. And i suggest to start with 127 since theyre kinda one of the firsts unit & theyre fixed unit, doesnt really have many changes or difficult concept like dream or U. hope you read and consider it! :)

The new added members will debut first in NCT U before they debut again into their fixed unit. NCT U (2018) new members: Jungwoo, Kun & Lucas Jungwoo then joined NCT 127 in late 2018, Kun & Lucas debuted again in 2019 with WayV. NCT U (2020) new members: Shotaro & Sungchan NCT's new & fifth unit will debut soon, and this will serve as Shotaro & Sungchan's fixed unit

There are different types of orchestras. There's a wind orchestra, a string orchestra and an wind and string orchestra. A wind orchestra is where there are only wind instruments(saxophones, trumpets, Clarinets, flutes, tubas, trombones ect). These are often just called bands. A string orchestra is when there are only string instruments(cellos, violins, violas ect). A wind and string orchestra is with both winds and strings(violas, trumpets, cellos, flutes, violins, Clarinets, ect). I don't know much about orchestras I'm only in a band.
