My son and I did this outside on the grass in the shade this morning :) we did a jog beforehand and this was a nice change of pace! Enjoyed the exercises while enjoying fresh air! Excited for this series! I have loved repeating workouts from the HIITstrong and splitstrong series. You've helped me discover I love strength training with weights! Perfect workout today! Now that school is out (teacher), my goal for this summer is to get back to my workout routine after very inconsistent workouts for the last year and a half. I love how varied all your workout programmes are - you are always looking for new ways to keep us motivated aswell as physically and mentally challenged! Such a great workout! I was hesitant to try it, I really loved the SPLIT STRONG and wasn't sure I would get as great of a workout. I am now 1 year PP and feel like I am back to where I was pre-baby. But I should have known this wouldn't be easy just because it is a different format. Such a great workout! And perfect length to get a good workout in after the babes go to bed.

When I talk about "every exhale is an opportunity to strengthen your core" I mean you really want to be sure you're engaging your core throughout these full body exercises! Make sure you're forming that mind-muscle connection and thinking about engaging that core!

my first workout (anything besides walking!) after corona, just recovered. definitely feel heavy in the limbs and gotta take it slow but managed through this one! i usually do 3-4 times a week group high intensity lessons so these short workouts are the best to slowly get back to my routine

I LOVED this!!! Not gonna lie, I was a little nervous about starting this program, cause I was getting over a cold and I tweaked one of my knees. While, I'm certainly not going to say this was easy (I definitely was out of breath and sweating!), everything was totally doable! I got a bit worried when I saw the push-up/runner lunge and glute bridge leg lowers, but had no pain at all! Thank you for all your hard work putting this and all your programs together! #onemorerep!
