HELLO everyone!! We are getting SO excited for the launch of our newest workout program: ZERO30! This is an high intensity HIIT and bodyweight strength program we filmed the summer before I got pregnant for you to enjoy during my maternity leave! Looking forward to sweating with you!

My son and I did this outside on the grass in the shade this morning :) we did a jog beforehand and this was a nice change of pace! Enjoyed the exercises while enjoying fresh air! Thank you for bringing so many varied workouts that are fitting for all different situations and days! Yesterday I was short on time so I did one of your 15 min strength workouts, and was so grateful for that too! Have a great day!

This is going to be a great series. Perfect timing as we head across country from NY to CA and back over 5 weeks with our 2 teens next week. I'll have this on repeat along with some walks and runs. Thanks, Lyndsey, for thinking ahead and preparing this for us. Feeling the shoulder burn for sure. Grateful for you and praying your post partum is progressing and that you're full of joy!

Just wanted to say thank you so much for these bodyweight exercises!! We are in the middle of our final military move and have not had our household goods for over a month, but it’s such a blessing to be able to hop on KZbin and get moving everyday, even while living out of suitcases. Excited for this series! I have loved repeating workouts from the HIITstrong and splitstrong series. You've helped me discover I love strength training with weights! But I also love bodyweight workouts as they help me make sure I'm moving intentionally and really thinking about that mind to muscle connection. Thank you for all that you do!!! Doing these workouts makes me feel strong for the first time in my life!

Perfect workout today! Now that school is out (teacher), my goal for this summer is to get back to my workout routine after very inconsistent workouts for the last year and a half. This was great to transition back and feel like I’m working but not push too hard with weights. I’m a little slow on the up and down transitions but I did it. Thanks! Looking forward to tomorrow!

Really love this workout! I recently strained my calf while running and can only do body weight workouts and this was perfect! Still got a sweat in and feel strong like I took a pilates class. This will also be great while traveling and I don't have access to weights. Thank you so much for these!

I love how varied all your workout programmes are - you are always looking for new ways to keep us motivated aswell as physically and mentally challenged! Loved feeling the burn without having to lift a weight…..so nice to give the wrists and forearms a break while still working your arm and leg muscles to the max! Such a great workout! I was hesitant to try it, I really loved the SPLIT STRONG and wasn't sure I would get as great of a workout. I am now 1 year PP and feel like I am back to where I was pre-baby. But I should have known this wouldn't be easy just because it is a different format. Such a great workout! And perfect length to get a good workout in after the babes go to bed.

Your workouts are AMAZING! I’ve just switched to yours from another training programme and have been doing them religiously for about a month. I can already see a huge improvement in my strength, cardio fitness and flexibility. I can’t thank you enough. I have one question- you say, every exhale is an opportunity to strengthen your core, please can you explain? 🤗

When I talk about "every exhale is an opportunity to strengthen your core" I mean you really want to be sure you're engaging your core throughout these full body exercises! Make sure you're forming that mind-muscle connection and thinking about engaging that core!

my first workout (anything besides walking!) after corona, just recovered. definitely feel heavy in the limbs and gotta take it slow but managed through this one! i usually do 3-4 times a week group high intensity lessons so these short workouts are the best to slowly get back to my routine

Just now doing this workout. I’m 4 months pregnant and just wasn’t feeling it today but pushed through anyways and fell great because of it. I definitely had to slow it down on those lunges baby’s riding pretty low this morning. Thanks!

I LOVED this!!! Not gonna lie, I was a little nervous about starting this program, cause I was getting over a cold and I tweaked one of my knees. While, I'm certainly not going to say this was easy (I definitely was out of breath and sweating!), everything was totally doable! I got a bit worried when I saw the push-up/runner lunge and glute bridge leg lowers, but had no pain at all! Thank you for all your hard work putting this and all your programs together! #onemorerep!

TBH, I underestimated how effective this program would be compared to Splitstrong and HIITStrong(which are my faves)..After finishing, I’m just AS sweaty and burned as many cals as last week’s HIITStrong Full Body lol. You always seem to know what my body needs! Thank you so much for keeping the programs fresh xxoo
