► INSTRUCTIONS:
It looks like this:
✔️ 15 Exercises
✔️ Timed Intervals (50 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest)
✔️ NO REPEATS (only complete each exercise once)

1) Back Squat or Goblet Squat
2) Back Squat or Goblet Squat + Alternating Side Leg Lift
3) Advanced Clamshell + Side Plank Hold (25 seconds each) - RIGHT
4) Squat + Alternating 2 Count Side Step
5) Side-to-Side Walking Squat Thruster
6) Advanced Clamshell + Side Plank Hold (25 seconds each) - LEFT

I'm 15 months postpartum and am on my second time through this program. I LOVE how each 20 min makes me feel!!!! 20 min is such an achievable length that I hardly skip a day and can push myself hard knowing it's not for long, plus it gives me time to add in a core workout from your diastasis program, and a quick shower before baby wakes up from her nap. Thank you for all you do, Lindsay and the whole team! I'm super grateful for your channel!

Hi Lindsey - I'm 71 and have beet getting your emails for months but the strong in 20 is what works for me. I have too modify for my limitations - pain and stiffness - but Im sure I'll get better as I continue! Thanks for making these workouts available as I am on a fixed income and can't afford many of the subscriptions offered. Your program is great!!!

I had to use a 20lb baby as my weight because he was fussy, but he loved it and it forced me to go heavier than I otherwise would have! Loving this program to get back into regular workouts 7mo postpartum.

My 2.5 year old son woke up screaming this morning and it lasted a long while. After all was calm I wasn't in the mood to workout. My motivation was to give myself a break and have my husband be with the kids. I am so glad I did, because I am feeling much better and ready to start my day - I KNOW this shifted my mood. These ~20 minute WOs are perfect for my schedule! I am following a week behind, so 3 days in! I used my cloth band, but on the donkey kick/heel stamp, I tucked a 15 lb. DB in the bend of my knee instead of the band - it always rolls on me. I saw that DB thing in a WO years ago, and it works for me. Thanks for another great one! 🔥❤💪

I have read studies show workout for 45 minutes help stave off chronic disease. Yes, I want to starve off disease but sometimes I don't want to workout that long, not in a good mood or do not have that much time all at once. These are truly wonderful. 😊

Hi Lindsey! I am 12 weeks post partum and these workouts are PERFECT for where I’m at fitness-wise. Also 20 minutes is the perfect amount of time to fit in between naps and feedings! Thank you!!!❤

As a postpartum momma with a 4 month old its been so hard to figure out how to get back into the groove of working out - but these 20 min workouts are seriously perfect! Im gonna be so sad when the 2 weeks end i want to have a whole year of these hehe! Seriously though thank you lindsey for such awesome workouts

I didn’t know what happened yesterday that KZbin switched the video so I did Day 6 yesterday instead of doing Day 3. At least I completed Day 6 yesterday and Day 3 today. Loved doing both! Tomorrow will be my day off then back to doing Day 4 the day after tmw!

First 2 days I did this challenge at 6am, didn’t manage to get it done this morning but instead of not doing it since it didn’t follow my “set routine” I did it after my toddler went to sleep tonight! Day 3 was so great and I feel so proud of myself for sticking with it! Thank you!

10 weeks pp over here! Did you PP calendar and decided to do this program again. Loving it! I feel I can lift heavier but I am just testing the waters to see what I'm capable of. Grateful for you workouts while I was pregnant and now in my pp season!

I did this program 2x for the month of April and then your 30 beginner challenge for May. I'm now back to this one because of time constraints and what a difference. I used 15 pounders and was able to do that last bridge with single arm reach back! Last time my arms were not strong enough to allow that move. Thank for creating the programs that work for me. I feel like discovering low impact has made me love moving again.

Loving these 20 minute workouts. This is my second time doing the the New Years Challenge. Back to back, but this time I’m adding 20 minutes of kickboxing after the workout, along with an ab workout and some stretching. Loving it❣️ this combination is perfect for my Power Hour 💪.
