I just did 60 pushups from my knees on the floor, and am practically in tears with how proud I am - when I started these workouts a 6 months ago I would never have dreamed of doing something like this. Thank you, Lindsey + NML team!! Crushing my pushup goals with Rachel one workout at a time!! 💪💪

I just want to say thanks. I can’t do the 60 push ups on my toes but before I started my fitness journey, I couldn’t do any push ups. Today I managed to complete the workout doing 30 push ups on toes and 30 on knees. 💪💪😀

all but 5 pushups from my toes....still getting back into it 22 months PP + with all the sickness that keeps hitting my toddler and me (which means I usually nap instead of workout ;) ) Thank you--it's such a lovely break for me from being a SAHM to go to our back sunporch and do these workouts with you! Always love when Rachel joins because it keeps me more engaged :) (love the music, having yall chat, etc!)

Love love love the refilms of these videos- love having the better quality and just a little more intensity. It’s been great to see see how we have all grown since the original filming! Would love to have the triceps video refilmed too!

I just did 60 push ups from my knees and could not have done this 2 months ago. With incorporating your 10 min shoulder mobility exercise I was able to complete my push ups 🎉 Thank you once again Lindsay and Rachel, you are both truly amazing 💕 Happy New Year to you both

Did all pushups from my toes! I love the OG chest workout but like this one too! I think alternating them is a great idea for progressive overload and muscle growth! I like that the exercises were different working the muscles in different ways than the original.thank you!

Great workout! Picked up the 17.5 dumbbells for a “few” sets! Holy bananas! And I loved time intervals! I really focus on form verses cranking it out in a numbered set. Great job! Thank you for bringing these to us!!!!

I love these targeted muscle group exercises. I always come back to them. Did lots of 15 + an extra 10 at the end to get to 100 push ups. I didn't use to be able to do any and now I can say I did 100 from my toes! Looking forward to trying out the other chest work out too... but not right now... it's defo not a hair washing day today

I LOVE this one. I am 58 yrs old and on week 4 of my 2nd round of the pull up challenge. I think due to increased upper body strength from pull-ups & NML workouts, I was able to do all 60 push ups from my toes! Whoop whoop! I cancelled my decades long gym membership during Covid and started doing only NML workouts in 2020 and I'm feeling stronger and fitter than I did with my gym membership! And Rachel is such a bright addition to the workouts. Thanks NML!! Heading to my 60's feeling powerful!

I’m working on better form and higher reps from my toes and this workout made my heart pump. I loved the one dumbbell push out and the reverse grip at the end. Great change up. Your workouts are not easy but I always feel so strong after. Thank you NML team !!!🎉

I got through 40 push-ups on my toes and then had to go to knees! I'm SO PROUD of myself, I've never done that many push-ups on my toes!!!

🔥! My arms a all wobbly, lol. I like the timed intervals so much better than the EMOM! It was HARD, but i have never done so many pushups, lol. I definitely had to pause the pushups and get my 10 in each time, but my goal is to one day be able to knock them out quickly like you and Rachel!! Thanks for your workouts and schedules that take the thought process out of it for me :)

Great workout! I opted for heavier weights and only the first 10 pushups from my toes... because, well, that was a chest workout! I think I was more fatigued in the OG workout but this was a fun format that felt doable. I like the single muscle group focus and maybe that third set would really take me to failure. Thanks for the great workout, ladies!

I dread doing pushups but it made it easier knowing I only had to do 10 at a time. I ended up doing all 60 from my toes!! I haven't been able to do that since before my third pregnancy (8 months postpartum with third). Thank you NML for helping me with my wonderful fitness journey! oh this was so good - upper body feels like jelly! didnt get all pushups on toes but went heavy on the weights!

I was just introduced to your page and I am absolutely in love with the passion you show for the health of others! I have a question: If you do the push-ups on the stairs or some sort of incline, does it have the same impact on the body? I feel like I do them better on the stairs to do them on my toes but don’t know if it’s a cop out. Lol😂

The burrrrn! 🔥 Just wondering, have you got any tips for an inflamed bursa in the shoulder? I’ve been struggling with overhead movements due to the pain but still want to train full body or at least wish to be able to mix in some strength training?
