I’m training for life as a special needs mom. My little warrior is going to need my help forever. I need to be able to lift her, carry her when she’s tired, lug around heavy wheelchairs, and be emotionally and mentally strong through all life throws at us! I was overjoyed to wake up and see a pyramid workout in this plan!! This was my favorite workout of Stronger 25 and I did it all with my 30 lb dumbbell! ❤ Thank you NML team!

Defnitely type A over here. In the last four months both my grandpa and grandma died suddenly. My grandma last week. Around her funeral I just couldn't muster up the strength to work out, even though I only had to do Day 10. But today it was bugging me so much that I could not cross off that last Day, so I had to do it haha. I actually started crying when I was done. I'M SO PROUD OF MYSELF!

2nd time through - woo hoo!!! Thank you for this awesome program. The time (between 25-30 mins) is perfect for me, especially in early mornings before work when I'm pressed for time, and the workouts go by so fast. Super appreciate NML - thank you!!!

Just finished this program for the second time and knocked this pyramid workout out with 25lb weights! I don’t have enough good things to say about NML. I could go on forever. Absolutely in love with everything you put out there!!

Lindsay and Rachel and team NML thank you! I never comment on anything but you are awesome and you deserve it. Thanks for putting out quality workouts that are quick and efficient. Typing this with sweat dripping down my back and stomach 😂 I am 6 months postpartum, your pregnancy workouts have kept me in shape and after a rough start with baby boy I am back at it and loving your workouts. I genuinely feel stronger and I have asked for bigger weights for my birthday all thanks to you.

Just finished this amazing workout and the best part was my 3 year old laying next to me yelling (for the first time in this workout program) "YES YOU CAN!!" Love being able to show my children that we can do hard things and that taking care of our bodies are so so important.

I’m 10 months postpartum and I have a 3 year old. I needed the reminder of WHY I workout today. These kids have ENERGY and I need to be able to keep up 😂 This program was great for those limited naptime workouts! Thank NML for being my go to workout and continuing to remind me of the college athlete I used to be!

Male female young old, I don’t care! EVERYONE with a body should be on Lindsey’s email list and follow the recommend workout every day. Everyone has 1/2 hour a day to dedicate to their wellbeing. We don’t have to get sicker as we get older you guys. It’s as easy as clicking play and following along with this goddess of a human, and our muscles get STRONGER - not weaker. You got this! With sickness and the holidays it's been hard to work out quite as consistently, but I just serendipitously finished your Stronger 25 program (my second time!) on New Years Eve. The PERFECT way to wrap 2024, as you guys have been a HUGE part of my personal growth and joy this year as a homeschooling mom of four kids 5 and under. SOO THANKFUL for you guys!!!

My first pyramid workout in months. Took this up as a challenge and wow what a way to end the week. My favourite was the deadlift clean pivot squat and press move. I have been training with you since my pregnancy last year and it has changed my life for the best. I am training for life, to be able to run around with my baby girl, to be strong enough to pick her up and play with her and be an inspiration for her in terms of leading an active life. People around me always complain of the fact that I workout or choose to eat nutrient dense foods but I have always stuck on to this knowing that one day my child will look up to me and this is the kind of example I want to set for her. So yeah I am training to be the absolute best mother that I can be physically and mentally for my baby.

My proud moment for this week is that Amazon suggested I buy 30lb dumbbells during prime days 😂 I did this one with a 20 though! A sweaty single dumbbell pyramid was exactly what I needed to do today!

After 2 rounds of stronger 20, I just finished my first round of stronger 25 with a 20lb dumbbell! Next week, I will start stronger 25 again! I love these condensed strength training workouts that pack a punch!!! I am training for strong bones so I can maintain a healthy lifestyle pain & injury free into old age! I do 2 of your workouts every week mixed in with my cardio training. Every day I get stronger!

Had to hit pause a few times, but upgraded to at 25# weight for the second half! And FINALLY every push-up from my toes. Whew... Sweaty Pyramid. Loved. It. Absolutely am stronger than when I started #Stronger25 !!!!!!

Used my 25# the whole time + the squat pulse snatches down the back side made me have hot angry tears… but finished, feeling SO MUCH stronger - not just physically but mentally! Thank you team NML!!

Loved the PYRAMID workout at the end of this challenging program 😊 almost died a little but completed with a heavy dumbbell graduated it with a 20 lbs. Shoulders are sore for sure but a good stretch everyday recommended. Thank you ladies 🎉❤ improving mobility and strength are priority at this time of my life!

I think this is my favorite NML workout EVER! My favorite move was the push up burpee! I'm proud that I was able to do the whole thing with my 15# and I'm turning 55 next week. People live a long time in my family and I want to be strong for the second half of my life!

Honestly, I did not want to workout today, but when I saw that it was a pyramid (my personal favorite) I was ready to get it done! Also this was my first workout using exclusively the 20lb dumbbell. I am training so I can keep up with my 16 month old twins! I haven't worked out consistently in years and since finding you in February I haven't missed a week and I feel so strong!! I LOVE working out with you guys. Thank you so much for the amazing content you bring!!

After working out for 6 months straight with you ladies, today I was able to upgrade to 15lb weights for my workouts with you! I'm training to keep up with my kids as they grow and for any future grandkids I might have. :D Thank you so much for being so encouraging throughout all the videos that you produce! The thing I was happiest to get rid of was the bear crawls rows! Couldn’t wait to drop those off. Love the burpees! Love the deadlift snatch…love most of them- not the hear crawl

I’ve completed this program multiple times but now I’m 14 months postpartum. I almost didn’t reach for my 20lbs because I didn’t think I would be able to do it but I DID! It’s so true when you say keep showing up for yourself. It takes so much time to get your strength back after having a baby but YOU CAN DO IT!!!! Thank you NML for always encouraging us to keep moving and doing your personal best 💪🏻

Today, I finished my 3rd round of this program! I have gotten stronger each time and notice the differences. I had my first baby this past fall and have also completed the postpartum and Strong 20 programs 3 times each. Thank you to the Nourish Move Love team for providing these free workouts. My only regret is not finding you sooner when I was pregnant. As a stay at home mom, I find community with you every day in my living room and appreciate the positivity you radiate. I tell everyone who is looking to get back into it post baby about you! Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I also used to personally train and teach group fitness classes, y'all are top notch! Seriously, wish I found you back then.

Loved the whole program; one of your best. Feeling really strongg after it. Sad, it’s over. Kept me feeling less sick 11 weeka ppt. It was so well structured too. I messed up once and did one day before the other and all felt wrong with the next session. This just proved once again how carefully you have thought the sequence trough❤

Hi! I'm training for my old lady body lol. I was about to hit 40 near start of covid and everything was coming down on me! I started weight training with NML around that time. I'll be 43 in December and stronger than I've ever been!! I'm ready for what my body throws at me now and I'm grateful ❤
