Is this a good dupe for tempur pedic , I’m a side sleeper and like softer beds
@NapLabReviews4 ай бұрын
No, it's not even close the worst Tempurpedic models.

We ordered it. It’s been fairly comfortable. 3 weeks, now. It felt as cushy as many $2000 plus. What’s a good alternative for pressure relief? I have sacroiliac joint pain, and arthritis of the spine. My wife tends to like firm, I like softer. She needs cooling, I need to think of my back, pressure relief. I’m 190 lbs and she is 175. Maybe a hybrid spring? Any recommendations? Budget isn’t a big concern, but I’m not spending over $2500, prefer under $1800. Both side sleepers. Would like to add an adjustable platform, likely.

Loom and Leaf (relaxed firm version) would be my top choice based on your needs - naplab.com/go/loom-and-leaf-mattress Review here - naplab.com/mattress-reviews/loom-leaf-review/ It's notably softer with a thicker comfort layer and significantly better pressure relief.
@djkenny12028 ай бұрын
@@NapLabReviews thank you! I have to also mention; she likes medium firm, and I like a little softer. Any reviews you’ve done of this one? Also curious on Casper Cooling Select 12” Memory Foam Queen Mattress? I see Costco has them for $479, just 80 dollars more than the Novaform we are trying out for size.

@@djkenny1202 "she likes medium firm, and I like a little softer. Any reviews you’ve done of this one?" Can you clarify what you mean exactly? I'm not sure the "this one" you're referring to. Regarding Casper Select - we've tested the original Casper Select here - naplab.com/mattress-reviews/casper-select-review/ - though I haven't tested the new Cooling Select. My guess is it's basically the same thing though. I will be shocked if there is a significant difference.

@@NapLabReviews curious about Casper Cooling Select, that’s what I meant. Age like medium firm, I prefer a little softer side. I have back issues. Pressure relief important. Looking at Queen. Is Loom and Leaf available at Mattress stores to test a bit?

@@djkenny1202 Gotcha. Given experience with Novaform + your other feedback, I would be shocked if Casper's Select was a good fit for you. Loom and Leaf is available in Saatva showrooms. List here - www.saatva.com/locations/

We actually having the Sleep Science 14" Copper Firm in our lab right now for testing. We'll have the contextual review up on NapLab.com within the next couple of weeks and a video review probably in a month or so. If that one seems popular we'll test more models from the Sleep Science collection. Thanks for your suggestion!

Wow how did you come up with a sex score? What was the criteria there…. Lol
@NapLabReviews9 күн бұрын
Our sex score is a simple equation where we look at 5 different factors. Each factor is given a specific weight based on how important we think that factor is for most people. Our sex equation inputs for bounce, noise, sitting edge support, pressure relief, and cooling are derived from those respective performance categories. You can see more specifically how we test here - naplab.com/how-we-test-mattresses/#h-sex
