When Germany saw the aftermath of the shoah following WW2, many had difficulties accepting what had happened thinking that there must be something which would reduce the horror they were witnessing. I have heard people question whether the number of six million Jews being murdered is accurate. I’ve always thought that it was irrelevant how many were killed as the number itself would not reduce the horror of what had happened, albeit that the number is highly reliable as it came from Eichmann himself. I find it incredible that some people are doing the same thing now asking how many Palestinians had been killed and yet it would not change what is happening. The horrors of the events are too extreme to process. I thank the doctors for speaking out and telling the world what is happening. This is the first genocide to be reported in as much detail as this. No other genocide has been filmed or photographed and shared with people to this level. And even now, people are still questioning the truth. I hope that the people involved in this genocide will learn that the world needs to change once and for all.

About that doctor, talking to a Parliamentary committee it wasn’t just the children that were targeted. He said he was targeted as well if he decided to sleep in the stairwell where it was cooler or sleep in the hot room as it was known you had to make a choice of being shot or sleep in the hot room.
