A year late to this question lol but I might as well answer for others wondering the same. Technically, yes but according to the mark scheme it says "14:21:42 oe". "oe" means "or equivalent" so you don't need to simplify on this question. It's a good idea to simplify anyways (as I did when I did this as a practice paper, yesterday) but in this question, not simplifying this question still gives you full marks.
