I love the whole ritual of baking something and serving it on pretty plate with an accompanying lovely china cup for my hot drink. I call it my little Cafe at home time.

I'll ck out that Jean-Baptiste Wille, and how it would be an interesting to read, his journal. Oooh, can't imagine a comfortable night's sleep in that inn...and yikes...to lie one's head on egg shells and sand to sleep! Ugh. Oh yes, bring on the Christmas decorating. How inspiring to have your original and lovely creations as part of your decor. Looking forward to upcoming videos on that. I, too, like to learn new recipes. Yes I think those diaries are really rare and precious and it's the real life and observations from people who actually lived at this time, without the filter of modern historians. Thank you!
