This is why we can’t believe everything others say. There are many countries known ad bad ones, but in reality they’re not. Nice to see how you show the real daily life in every country you and your wife go.

Novi Sad is my hometown and it warms my heart when I see that you are having a positive experience here, taking the time to really appreciate our culture and breaking down old prejudice and the false picture painted by politics and the media. If you need any info, please be free to contact me, I would be happy to help if I can! :)

What I like about you is that you move from a country to country and you have fun and find good things in those places. Which proves that it's all about having a right attitude. No country is perfect and no country is completely bad! Love the video! So far, your Serbia vlog videos have been the most informative and entertaining. Have fun!

Great video, very informative. This is the thing I miss here in the States. The outdoor markets, the pedestrian zones, the cafes and outdoor restaurants and the people out walking(and wait till spring). Most cities in the USA, we just don't have this, in fact, most of our inner cities are unsafe. Serbia has a lot going for it if you don't want to live on the sea, but you have Greece, Montenegro, Croatia and Bulgaria(Black Sea) all near by to get your beach fix when needed, enjoy!!!

One other thing, if you live in the suburbs(which most Americans do), you need a car, everyone needs a car, kids too. You have to drive everywhere. You need space for the cars(garages), you need to maintain and repair the vehicles, gas them up and insure them and replace them. It's a whole industry I would like to live without.

Always have in mind that Serbia Is a very old European country cespite all difficulties in the past. Always between East and West. Nothing Is accidently here. People are well educated and they.now English.well.because English Is mandatory in Every school at any University, on Every level + another European language My raccomandation Is check out Roman period or Medievale fortresses and monasteries of Serbia. Also check out Winter ski resorts of Serbia

Serbia (and Bosnia and my Croatia) have invisible guards - a lot of honest and big&strong men...If anybody tries to rob or insult you on a public place - they will prevent it...No reason for police patrols on the streets.My hometown (Split - Croatia) is a very popular tourists destination, and I bet that 99% of tourists have never seen croatian policemen.

@@goransukovic8703 if you’re from Serbia you may not understand the perceptions that others have regarding Serbia. Some based on past perceptions, some based on Serbia being one of a few countries that still looks fondly on Russia. Many perceive Serbia to be something very different than the real Serbia. I wish to avoid political discussion here, but I hope to show the vibrant and softer side of Serbia to those that may not know the true Serbia. ♥️

For tourists its very friendly and cheap. The products (food, clothes..) are very good quality and very affordable for tourists. Its not like we hate everyone and everything (if thats like we are portrayed to the outside world). We are friendly and welcoming ! Ofc there are some areas of the city you should avoid, like in every city in every country but it is mostly safe !
@WarrenJulieTravel
@WarrenJulieTravel 3 жыл бұрын
Of course if more tourists come or people move to Serbia then more money enters into the economy and raises the economic strength for the country. The more people that visit the more familiar people become with Serbia and friendships are thus made.

Sorry being vegetarian we didn’t spend much time around the meat area. There doesn’t seem to be a supply concern however. Try small healty food shops all arround, there are many people in Serbia that are fasting often so its just a matter of finding right place for supply, and those are actually all arround. Me for example i have people that bring me organic vegetables from a farm near Belgrade. There are farms that you can visit and see how they treat their food. I suppose its not only Serbia, but when you go to some other place you just need some time to relink to things you have used to by your habbits.
