I love this channel. ❤❤. The only pet peeve I have is that you let them speculate on aspects of the food that are wrong without correcting them. How are they ever going to learn. Either to increase their knowledge or to try and accurately re-create the food at home.

White chocolate Tim Tams (an Australian chocolate biscuit using white chocolate which is creamier and sweeter!) dipped in a glass of milk... HEAVENLY!!! :) I can only wish the boys get to experience this, chocolatey perfection on a hot summers day.

Tastes even better with a cup of Chai, Babu would love it. Also since you are in a hot country the chocolate is better kept in the fridge. Twix is like a smaller version of Millionaire's Shortbread!

Fridge or not to fridge! Modern chocolate melts at body temperature, so holding it in human hands or a human mouth will melt it. Keeping it in a fridge or freezer can change the quality of the chocolate (it can crystalise it and cause a white, milky coating). It also makes it harder, which many people like. I've worked in a warehouse, and chocolate is just kept at normal outside temperatures, unless it's a really warm day it's moved to the lower shelves to reduce the temperature and to stop it melting. So, a normal room temperature is where you would normally store it. I'm not sure about a really hot country, though.

​​@@VeryCherryCherry summer time I freeze all chocolate covered candies and chocolate covered snacks such as cup cakes and rolls. They're refreshing and delicious 😋👍 It doesn't change the flavor because these types of snacks don't rest for long periods frozen when there's many kids in the house.

I find that a lot of these chocolate/candy bars taste much cheaper than before and don't have the texture they used to have. Twix is one of them and we are not buying them any longer.
