What do you do if the grass is rotated and too big? Note: I tried it again with only the assets from gscatter and that worked so it doesn't work for gscattering other meshes I think.

If the grass is too big then you can make it into a collection and use that in geometry nodes, then you can reduce the grass size in there and rotation also you can adjust in geometry nodes, did u tried it in geometry nodes

Go to blender website, scroll down to the last you will find download column, in that click previous version, that will take you next page, in there click download any blender, that will take you to all versions on blender, then you can download any blender versions you want.
