Cooking recipe and ingredients:
100 ml of warm water.
1 tablespoon of sugar.
8 g of dry yeast.
Mix well.
150 g of flour (all-purpose).
Mix well.
Cover and leave for 15 minutes.
Mix.
400 ml of warm water.
1 teaspoon of salt.
Mix again.
Sift 500 g of flour (all-purpose).
Mix with a spatula.
Add another 100 g of flour (all-purpose).
Sprinkle the table with flour.
Knead the dough until it is medium soft.
Place in a cup greased with vegetable oil.
Cover with food-grade film.
Cover with a towel and set aside in a warm place for 1 hour.
The dough rose well. Release accumulated gases.
Grease the table with oil.
Knead the dough until smooth.
Form a ball.
Divide into 2 parts.
Roll them into a ball.
Leave in a warm place for 20 minutes.
Roll out the dough with your hands.
Fold the edges.
Roll up as shown in the video.

Roll out the second dough in the same way.
