17" laptop fits in the sleeve. Also, I've had all my PD bags for about 3-4 years now and a little dye free soap and soft bristle toothbrush make your bag pristine again.

Thanks for making this video! I feel like I haven't seen anyone using the new v2 cubes in the 30l bag. Great to see the large cube fits well. I've been on the hunt for the right camera bag and this video might have put this one over the top!

They want you to buy the links separately as a new purchase. Also, this is an evolution from the earlier Peak Design use of the anchor links and moved to a clip-on strap that works with those loops directly and with the Field pouch, tech pouch and so on; it's called "EXTERNAL CARRY STRAP". This is a simpler solution because it's a plastic hook (really sturdy) and not a big metallic clip, of course if you need to carry big and heavy it's more logical to move to a photo strap but I do keep one of those inside the pouches themselves.

Hi! do the large cubes, fully filled up, fit it in the 30L?

Yes it does fit in 30L. You might need to expand bag but it will.

Do you find that you have to expand the bag in order to fit the large camera cube? That's what it says on the PD website but I wonder what's been your experience.

Actually no. I wondered about that because I saw that on the website too. But most of the time I kept it compressed.

Are you able to get your camera out from the side zip on the 30L or you can only do it with the 45L ?

The 30L sadly does not have a side zip
