Nice glimpse of 2040! Elon needs to stop being a dick. He craves the attention, specially from investors but his trick isn't that effective anymore. He keeps overpromising and getting involved in controversies that aren't good for his companies. He's too arrogant to admit that, and he loves the attention. Waymo has level 3 on paper (talking about level 4 is an insult to any intelligent being), Tesla has level 4 in reality. Also, what was that bs about "saving Tesla", since when does Tesla need saving? He didn’t do himself any favours by having the Optimus robots that were in the crowd being controlled by remote operators and pretending they were autonomous. That was a cheap trick with people thinking they were engaging in a conversation with ai when it was some dude in a cupboard hooked up to a mic.

@@Yewbzee You should watch the video they just released that shows Optimus is actually autonomous. There was only teleoperators for emergencies. The voice wasn't its own voice because it doesn't have full Grok as a brain yet it has baby Grok 🤭 it's coming soon next year.

Don't hang your hat on what you seen at a Robotaxi event that wasn't for Optimus. They were party tricks and side show. Optimus is a lot further along than you realize.

You are not very well informed, AT ALL. 2 years from a woman dancing on stage with an Optimus suit on to the most advanced FULLY autonomous robot the world has ever seen controlled by Ai. 2 years from now they will be in in deployment and then it will be all about scaling production…..How long has Boston dynamics been working on there programmable ONLY bots, 15years and Tesla has destroyed them in TWO!! There is no-one even remotely close. Grok is about to match ChatGPT and likely over take after just 2 years from development to and will be integrated into Optimus and the Tesla fleet, which will be used for remote compute….Again, whilst ramping up the Dojo chips, as Elon said in his speech last night the onboard compute in Teslas and Optimus will be over powered. Wake up, Tesla has been all about ai and autonomy and robots for over a decade. You still think they are a car company and will be left behind.

I don't care about the compitition or control. One person over here getting all the attention against a Whole country. Who care get it to work. If the Robot has Human type hands then it should act like a Human. We have two hands that usually are both doing something. Even Folding cloths is easier either way using two hands. Tandem Hand Movement might need separated virtual firmware running each arm separately to seem Human. Like a Raspberry PI running separate code and sensors in the arm. That Voltage limit problem is some old Processors slow bit code. The Human brain does handle multitasks. Too bad You don't Have Apple or Huawei 3 nano-meter silicon chip. I think in the end Yes Apple But I see is each Robot piece Legs, Torso, Arms, Head, will be running it's own OS code with it built in sensors cameras. Then each Robot part can be modified crafted to run different arms and legs. People would have Personal Bots like Cars. I also said Back in the Day He can Send a Live VR video game for people to play and Upload that Code for Robot! it can even look like a space game but it really Tesla factory video overlay. Plus if the Chinese Have working flying cars this Tesla stuff sounds perfect for Public Government transportation. Image of it dump pit was Like Portable self driving Bathroom Tesla trip! Remember Taxi cab confessions? Musk mix stacks The train tracks got filled with NY Rats. New Elon trust A Cart bus trolley System from Disney but it's everywhere.
