1 chicken thigh
Half a tablespoon of kombucha tea
2~3 pickled plums
1 tablespoon sake
10 g ginger
katakuriko (potato starch)
3~4 shiso leaves
Recipe
Cut chicken into even pieces.
Put the chicken in a bowl, add sake, kombucha (kelp tea), ginger, and pounded plum paste, and rub until all the moisture is absorbed.
Coat the chicken with potato starch and deep fry.
4. Add chopped shiso leaves and sansho (Japanese pepper) as toppings.
