I admired her, even more, when she said that her first language was the beach, the amulets.. the things we first observed when we were a child. Beautiful Michele!

To see a beautiful woman, whose aged and yet retained her child-like wonder for the world... that magic she speaks of, in hope people do find it in them sometimes.

I've never heard of this artist until now and suddenly I have a new love. Everything about this Lady (in the true sense of the word), is grace personified. In a time when the world is closing in around us, I would love to see life through her eyes. What ever happened to that bit of 'magic' I used to keep in my pocket....

@tranzco11734 жыл бұрын
@@jodawgsup Yes, like the tiny house alternative off-grid channel were people live in a 1200 ft sq. house in Malibu California that costs 5 million dollars. They all believe they somehow "rejected" mainstream consumerism, but love the conspicuous consumption of showing off their toys and stuff. This channel is "I live in a modest humble 10,000 sq. foot castle in London, or a 800 year old marble cathedral in Rome, and I'm not materialistic, just a normal person with my own style." Some of them are beautiful but the pretentiousness and ostentatiousness makes me nauseous. I still watch it though, I like looking at people homes, even if it's an episode of Hoarders. Although - technically - this is a variation on Hoarders.

I usually hate the use of greek columns because its tacky on mcmansions and in poor taste but its appropriately done in her apartment. Looks lovely inside.
@MTMF.london5 жыл бұрын
These are probably original cast iron columns in the loft. They were (still are ) supporting columns in the buildings (in Soho/Chelsea/lower Fifth Avenue neighborhoods in NYC) that were used for commercial/manufacturing purposes and needed high ceilings and large open floor spaces. They are not just ornamental - they have a very important purpose.
