In a actuality Rimuru created the mask then give it to Chloe before going into battle against the Eastern Empire. It was Chloe who told Rimuru about it. That before Rimuru participated in the war against the Eastern Empire he himself created the mask. That's why the mask has characteristics that a human can use like air filter and life support system if im not mistaken but Rimuru's current masked all of those were removed and only the Magicule suppression was the one of the remaining function remains.

1. Defeating Bornie and Jiw was one of the greatest feat of Diablo. They are Saints with ultimate skills and mythical grade weapons, those two are like 20 - 50 times stronger then saint Hinata form vol 9, in Clayman scale those two are like 10 thousand Claymans each. Diablo defeat both ot them in one single battle. 2. Zalario is stronger then Diablo back then with every single aspect, Zalario can use battle aura, Zalario ep was like 20 million he can use that blast more then Googlen Times so it's not stupid that he using such an powerful attack without aim. Zalario was most badass character i like after Zegion, he was not simp but an true worrier... Finally Diablo is nowhere near Anime Rimuru even after he evolved into demon peer, their difference in power was like heaven and earth. Zalanas ep was higher but he was nowhere near true dragons, The true is not even true dragons are even true dragon level, they all are 100 to billion times stronger then their previous levels. Zalanas was the weakest true dragon level being, only little higher then death man Zalario. Milim was holding back like hell.
