Surprised you didn't mention the abilities Yachiru displayed since they could also be tied to Kenpachi's. I understand at that point she is technically a shinigami, but since she's also his Zanpakuto spirit, it's very likely the powers are somewhat related.

The strength of a concentrated attack by Sanpo Kenjū is enough to create a deep fissure in the ground where it strikes. According to Isane Kotetsu, a Shikai that manifests its power within creatures while the blade itself remains unchanged like Sanpo Kenjū is unheard of.' Her power is not related to her Shikai as much as it brings out an external creature(s) to amplify her own power. Taking what your thought is, her bankai brings out this berzerker creature that amplifies the Shikai. This berzerker creature becomes a part of Zaraki. That would fit Isane's observation and we know already that the Shikai can cut anything as the bankai's base.

Yachiru is the ultimate proof that kenpachi was already accepted by his blade and unconsciously fully tapped into his power. He rejected the extra power because it was not fun and only bothers to consciously tap into it when he found tougher opponents.

Gerard was the Ultimate counter for Kenpachi. Thanks to Kenpachi, Gerards power grew to an insane level. However, Kenpachi in his Bankai was never overpowered by Gerard. So the power gap was significant till his arm got ripped off due to releasing too much power at once. We still haven't seen Kenpachi full power. Scary to see what that ceiling might be

The child form of Nozarashi (Yachiru) is in fact the form of Nozarashi in it's bankai state. The ordinary Zanpakuto spirit of Nozarashi is an adult female who we haven't seen yet. Think of it like Old Man Zangetsu (Shikai) and Tensa Zangetsu (Bankai).

I would go with Zaraki, but only after a long battle and he would need bankai. I would actually go with Zaraki(if he has enough time to evolve against progressively stronger enemies) even vs Ichibei, with something like Ichibei winning and saying that "now I will erase you too" to Yachiru, and then Zaraki gets up with absolutely inhuman amount of reiatsu, says "no, you don't" and cuts Ichibei's pen in half

Personally I don't think Kenpachi has really gotten his bankai, that probably more of a depth to it. The reason is when Kenpachi first hears Nozarashi he doesn't recogize the voice so obvious Yachiru is only a part of Nozarashi. I'm going to guess that when we get to see what Nozarashi looks like, that's when he will have control. I do wonder why Yachiru popped out of the sword since its different from any other time since different than what happened with Kyoraku since his Zanpakuto created another spirit for a particular task, and then there is Azashiro's spirit who is always around but only he can see her.

They were equally matched after Zaraki was hit by Hoffnung's reflect ability that reflected more force on his body than what was used to destroy Gremmy's meteor due to Zaraki removing his eyepatch and using both hands to strike Hoffnung(ch.667 pg.17).

With Nozarashi, Kenpachi is probably the strongest Captain alive in terms of raw stats once TYBW was finished. The only one who I think would be able to take him one on one is Kyouraku himself thanks to how devious he is and how broken his Bankai is. Hitsugaya might be able to do it to at some point in the future but for now Kenpachi is the strongest Captain.

You’re forgetting that Ichigo’s Zanpakuto wasn’t forged by Nimaiya so it wasn’t a true Zanpakuto and also Ichigo never was able to access his true power. Kenny’s spiritual pressure was immense as a child and he quickly became the master of his blade but couldn’t access all of his powers as he had severely limited himself. Once he could access all of his abilities could he hear his sword.

No one seems to remember kenpachi found nozarashi, and he didn't forge it himself like shinigami, which i find weird. What if unohanas zanpaktou was really his, and the power was given to him into nozarashi, which is why he still has nozarashi in semi shikai form when he goes bankai? Because he's the STRONGEST shinigami, and if you know anything about strength, thats about moving things. Think about it, minazuki is called minazuki in shikai and bankai format, and those powers would be perfect. Because no one takes into account, that maybe he is more a hand-to-hand combatant than a swordsmen. If he had put down the broken "nozarashi" he would have probably started using his blood red skin, and start slashing with his blood like unohana in bankai....

I love her fighting style and choice of not using a zanpakuto. Very little shinigami use Taijutsu in fights so I always enjoyed yoruichis fights in early bleach.

Ichigo didn't go into a berserker state in Bankai- Zangetsu [Hollow-Shinigami manifestation] flat out told Ichigo that his bones were breaking as a result of using his Bankai for the 1st time; Byakuya mentions how Ichigo got slower (Ichigo assumed Byakuya got faster but was corrected when Byakuya said that his Bankai doesn't increase his speed) before Zangetsu took over & saved Ichigo.

I will be honest when I saw the Bankai in the manga I was kinda unimpressed. It didn’t allow Kenpachi to defeat “the miracle” Quincy although I know it’s suppose to show the sheer power of the Quincy rather that Kencpahci with his true powers and Bankai could not beat him in the time limit.

It was nameless before Thousand Year blood Arc with Quincies. After removing his limiters, he was aware of the inner voices of Nozarashi. The "Yachiru" form was there just to protect him further... When Nozarashi was able to speak with Zaraki, it was no longer need for "Yachiru" form to exist in the physical realm.

It's not true since Juha Bach absorbed the Soul King yet get was still affected by Kyokasuigetsu since Sosuke Aizen used it on him beforehand. Zaraki Kenpachi (like every other Soul Reaper before + after Ichigo's birth & before Ichigo infiltrated the Soul Society) was affected by KS back when he 1st joined Soul Society

Zaraki would still be affected by KS but with his animal instincts being so acute, he'd be able to fight Aizen without his senses like he did against Tousen but Aizen himself said in the light novel"Spirits Are Forever With You"that he wouldn't fight Zaraki unless he was immortal first. This indicates that Aizen wasn't sure he could beat Zaraki even with KS and opted not to wake his true power by not fighting him at all.

Zaraki wasn't captain when aizen showed everyone his k.S the 10th kenpachi was around at that time. It would be useless against zaraki in his bankai state because he's blinded by bloodlust and his instincts is too high. He would sense aizen's reiastu the whole time.
