It's battle iq because swinging with such force is usually the way to solve things and pernida was basically what you would call a plot point for mayuri to shine. Hikone has access to all forms of movement in bleach and was mixing them together to get faster. From Shunpo to Sonido, added some Hirenkyaku and Bringer Light for further hax. Tbh the fact Kenpachi was just handling this broken speed when he only just started using Shunpo after his fight with Unohana made the fight seem a bit too much, even for bleach. Granted it’s all from a novel adviser but not written by Kubo, might’ve be depicted differently if Kubo could draw it.

He always had a shit ton of SP, and that was post when he started fusing with the hogyoku, and it seemed to perma boost his reiatsu To such a point, it was like when gojo increased his limitless.(kinda) Even to soulreapers who would have a greater resistance to it. All of this is to say that while his spiritual pressure would definitely be weighing down on them (and i mean really weighing down), I don't think it would kill.

people dont understand that because they havent played any sports in their life a Tennis player can hit a tennis serve at almost 300KMPH however most of them can move at around 20mph. same way with Expert Katana users cutting a pellet at 500kmph. so Maki or characters moving at Mach 3 is fine but their Reaction speed could be Mach 30 because that is how humans work as well. speed calc have to many variables -> you also need to take into consideration the users Instinct, Battle Experience and Magic abilities that can sense as well + Superhuman physique, this is why i dont believe in any calc that tries to find speed of a character only what the creator states.

Correction: Zaraki wasn't superior to Yama in terms of anything. Yamamoto was still the most powerful threat for Yhwach but he didn't consider him to be a threat because he had turned soft in those thousand years. People get it in their head that if Character/Feat A comes before Character/Feat B that Character/Feat A is automatically inferior to Character/Feat B. Yamamoto IS the strongest soul reaper (at least in the main story at the point where he dies) in terms of just raw, overwhelming power. If yhwach hadn't taken his bankai it's likely he would have lost to Yamamoto. Honestly I can't really see anyone in the series beating Yamamoto outside 2 MAYBE 3 characters. For the sake of argument though, let’s say that the sharingan just negates all illusions; how does Madara get past the Hōgyoku, an object that renders its master canonically unkillable, constantly evolves them, and is only countered by one specific technique that only one character knows (which still didn’t kill Aizen, only sealed him away). The way I see it, Hōgyoku and Kyōka Suigetsu hax should have won out despite Madara on paper having methods to counter them, simply because both outclass anything he’s had to counter with his techniques before to the nth degree. Kyōka Suigetsu can literally put people into an infinite tsukuyomi like it’s nothing, and its illusions can only be negated by grabbing (not touching, specifically grabbing) Kyōka Suigetsu, and the Hōgyoku actually just resurrects Aizen when he’s killed, which technically happened twice (Gin with Shinsō and Ichigo with Mugetsu) which Madara has nothing to combat that level of recovery with. So yeah, that Deathbattle felt like Aizen got the complete shaft in, similarly to Ichigo versus Naruto.

The overwhelming Power and Spiritual Pressure your own Bankai releases is too much for your body to Endure when you first Learn it, and so you need to train to be able to even Wield it after unlocking it. The TYBW was the first time Kenpachi used his Bankai, so that's why his body crumbled. Something passed up in this video: Before Kenpachi even reached close to peak he was in a reiatsu category that would *destroy the world* just by existing if he didn't have a seal put on him (all captains and lieutenants get these seals when entering the real word for this reason). Kenpachi would take off his eyepatch and most of the JJK verse would literally just die by having their souls crushed/vaporized, infinity or no. If you wanna argue if infinity works, Kenpachi has already cut through hax-based defenses and barriers before Bankai, which fits in line with the Bleach verse's rules about spiritual pressure diffs overruling hax. We have seen that Mahoraga can cut through Infinity after adjusting, which impliess the hax can be countered so Kenpachi would just immediately cut Gojo. Gojo would live because RCT, but Kenpachi would last longer in a war of atrician. He has a stamina feat where he fought someone who was stronger than him for over a week without stopping, even despite dying over and over again in the process and eventually won the fight and was still full of energy to keep fighting and beat Gremmy (and debatably Gerard) immediately afterwards.

The thing about Kenpachi is that a character that infinitely multiplies the distance between themselves and their opponents as a defensive measure like Gojo would be consistent and a possible ability in bleach as a quincy schrift or some such. And I think we all know to our cores that if such a figure existed in the bleach verse that kenpachi would cut them. He would make some comment about how there's nothing he can't cut and that includes infinity and then he would cut them.

They're plot devices, sure. But they aren't bullshit ones. If Gojo was in Bleach as a villain, he wouldn't be matched with Kenpachi, he'd be matched with Shunsui. Bleach is all about matchups. Since Kenpachi couldn't kill him, he'd be matched with someone who could. If Kenpachi was in JJK, he'd be matched with Gojo, and Gojo would win because there'd be no Reiatsu negation. Also let’s not forget kenpachi ain’t formally trained. He’s gotten lil “slivers” of knowledge about techniques and styles but was to scary to let continue. Even after the Unohana fight he wasn’t getting better technique wise per say. But just his base strength speed agility durability. Was amped. Edit - with his Bandai and being able to cut anything. I’d look at it like either anti-magic from black clover. Where he “matches” the wavelengths and negates it basically. Well we can see in the anime that during the fight we see Unohana take 2 steps before Kenpachi passes out, later in the fight kenpachi does the same moves and cuts Unohana with a very fast dash. I think every time Kenpachi "died" he unconsciously learned the move used.

@@louanmerminod5071 no. Every time he died he just unlocked a lil bit of his own power he suppressed from when he was a kid bro. This is him just getting back his killing intent and normal power back. Instead of him matching his opponents strength for a fun fight and also cuz of some ptsd like mental stuff from his fight with Unohanna.

@@louanmerminod5071 He didn’t learn any moves of hers tho? I dnt get what you mean fam. He was already on par with her swordsmanship as a kid. He didn’t use ain’t kaido or anything. So he didn’t learn any of her “techniques”. The “two steps” just shows how much faster she was than him? If you gunna say taking two steps n replicating the feat is copying techniques then practically EVERYONE in this series is copying techniques. Doesn’t make sense. Copying a technique would be like when he resorted to using a two hand sword swing vs one. He copied a technique he had previously seen or been taught. In this case taught all be it for a day lol.

@@wallaceluna6241 If you watch closely, at the start of the fight Unohana make 2 "strange" steps then Zaraki Blackout. When Zaraki start to win the fight he did the same steps, Unohana is shocked and then he dash and cut her. He learned the move imo.

This was well done. Happy to see more scaling and versus matchups from you. I do have a question though. Wasn't it stated that Yhwach only didn't include Yamamoto due to him growing soft in nature and not fully utilizing Orihime's healing powers, due to not wanting to exploit humanity? That if he had seen it fit to discard his subordinates and utilize every resource, that Yamamoto would not have suffered that loss?

It was pretty stupid not to get her help. He could have easily justified it - she's a Fullbringer, who all have their power because of a small piece of the Soul King within them. She also benefitted from being around the Hougyoku during the time it was sealed in Rukia. She had her powers because of Soul Society lol
