All you have to do is look at Hardee's legs and pan back to Derek's legs. Look at Hardee's abdominal area and then pan back to Derek's abdominals. I can go on and on but I can sum it up in that Derek is the worst Mr Olympia ever. I have been to 13 Mr Olympia's and he's the worst I've ever seen. Thank God they got it right this year. Derek will never win the Olympia again or even come close and I think he knows it.

Derek has been the least impressive Mr. Olympia in modern history tbh. He also will never have a reign like Phil Heath or Dorian because he's a manlet. Once the taller guys fill out their frame (i.e. Krizo, Samson) the manlets will be pushed aside. A tall guy with a complete physique will always be much more impressive than a manlet (everyone knows short people have it much easier in bodybuilding).

I'm embarrassed for the judges every time I see this video. Derrick lunsford has the teeny tiniest little legs from the front and no shoulders no abdominals no chest. He was worse from the front that he was in 2022. Every single thing the judges told him in 2022 he never improved. He is the worst Mr Olympia I've ever seen.

I have trained hundreds of champions from local amateur shows all the way to the pro s. I have forgotten more about bodybuilding then you and all your friends will ever no. I have also been to 14 Mr Olympias. More importantly is go back and watch the video and this time open your eyes and see what's really there. Compare the size of Derek's legs from the front with Samson and hodi and every other single competitor in that top lineup. Look at the app and quad pose and concentrate on how small Derek's legs are and how he has no abdominals. Also, in that post you can see Derek's lots from the front and there's two huge oil shot marks one on each side. Look how hot is legs are twice the size of Derek's and they're the same height.hadi. take a really good look at all of the front poses and you will see why Derek is the worst Mr Olympia that I've ever seen and once again I've been to 14 Mr Olympias.
