Thanks, as a former dishwasher it's important to keep proper posture for the whole shift, otherwise you'll feel it in the first hour. Also Funny, was the whole video just to have the wife have good posture while doing dishes😂 lol

I wanted to share this video, but find the last comment about your wife a bit "out of touch" with reality. Any chance you can edit and repost? Just a suggestion. Otherwise, very helpful advice on proper posture for doing dishes.

That’s probably just the reality in their home

They probably alternate. For example, today she does it and tomorrow he does. None of it clarifies she washes them everyday 😂

Seriously?? You almost had a "like" from me, but wtf, you're going to let your wife do the dishes? That must be a joke, but it's not a funny one and it's not clear that you're joking.

Wow, looks like some weird advice, and a bad joke at the end. How bout, tell people to stretch first if the concern is not being warmed up, the movements here not only look ridiculous, they are ridiculous and impossible for many people to do, for example I am too short to even attempt what is being said. If you teach people to only move in a very narrow way, then it would seem logical that when they inevitably have to live and move normally, they will be more likely get hurt. Why not teach people to adopt a health stretching routine combined with a little strength training which would be far more beneficial, allowing them to move in lots of ways and not get hurt, not just when doing the dishes but in all there other daily activates as well.
