I disagree, I love them whole but I think their live performances fully outshine their recorded music. I hope as they both become their own artists and maybe make more projects together they can learn to maybe leave in more of the “live” vocals we hear in this video. While every other artist was so confused and scrambling regarding what to do what to do, Chloe and Halle and team were redesigning their tennis court to shoot several stellar virtual performances (and none of them were the same setup or musical arrangements). Drop is still one of the most beautiful ethereal songs I’ve ever heard. I think ppl weren’t ready to hear the music coming from such young girls. The kids are alright is still one of my favorite albums of all time. I just met Halle today in person and recognized her instantly by her beauty. She is so incredibly kind and sweet and truly perfect inside and out. I told her how much I listened to this video (almost daily on my drive home). I can’t wait for them to have another concert so i can truly see this amazing talented person again. I remember when my dad first showed me their youtube videos when they were young it made me look up to them alot as a singer. I can’t wait to see her as the newest Ariel. The little mermaid was my favorite Disney Princess as a girl and to have a beautiful woman of color representing her truly is a dream come true.
