Jeff Tweedy is the greatest artist of our time. He doesn't just do rock or alternative or whatever. It everything. He dabbles in all genres just a little. Alt rock, krautrock, alt country, soul style rock, folk rock, Americana, Americana rock, and others. This man blows my mind away.

I have been blessed to have been playing music with my dad since I was a teenager. Eventually my younger brother joined us, and we recorded some songs. It's pretty special to have had that experience. Now I'm pushing 40, and we still love sitting down with some guitars whenever we're all in the same room (which isn't that often anymore). And now my own teenage son and daughter are musicians, and sometimes we'll jam together. It's a treat every time. There's much joy to be shared in playing music together.

No matter your opinion of the man, musically he is an amazing mix of Lennon/McCartney- in the best sense of it, his songs keep reminding me of the same feeling I got listening to the Beatles when they were at their best. A lot harder to do than he makes it look. He is one talented musician. Compelling music.

Good music, enjoyed it! I'm a drummer and private drum teacher. That's not a good habit to get into with holding sticks. Find the fulcrum point 1/3 down from the butt of the stick and hold with your thumb and first finger even to each other with the rest of your fingers wrapped around loosely for control. This makes it easier for stick rebound.
