minimum & non minimum phase syst 0:00 in gen G(S) - N(s)/D(s) where order of N(s) is m and that of D(s) is n then for both min and non-min ph syst the slope of mag plot of G(jw) -> - 20 (n-m) as w->inf but only for min ph syst, the ph of G(jw) -> -90deg (n-m). thus looking at bode plot for high w values, one can ascertain if it is min ph syst. example with detail plotting by adding individual contributions from various building blocks of G(s) 20:00

How can u say that 0.1 is multiples with s factor then there is shift of -20db ...? Please explain ...

G1(s) = 0.1 :::: G2(s) = s :::: G3(s) = G1*G2 = 0.1*s Frequency response G3(s = jw) = 0.1*jw ::::: |G3(s = jw)| = 0.1w = w/10 20*log(|G3(s = jw)|) = 20*log(w/10) = 20*[ log(w) - log(10) ] = 20*[ log(w) - 1 ] = ( 20*log(w) - 20 )dBs i.e. everything gets shifted by -20dBs. by using properties of log we convert multiplication to addition/subtraction which are realized graphically as demonstrated in the video. you can repeat the above steps for the whole transfer function.
