Because personally I'm also suffering from hormonal imbalance and I'm going through so many of changes in my body. Whey protein will help with lean muscle, and less food craving. If you have extreme sensitivity to lactose, choose pea protein like "Orgain," otherwise a good quality whey protein isolate will be great! Make sure it's high quality whey protein isolate, and not whey protein concentrate.
