आज इस वीडियो में, Dr. Pravin Bhosale (ENT Surgeon, Sahyadri Hospitals, Pune) हमें टॉन्सिल संक्रमण के कारण और उपचार के बारे में जानकारी देने जा रहे है।
Tonsil हमारे गले में एक अंदरूनी अवयव है। माँ के गर्भ से जब शिशु बहार आता है तब उसके ६ साल तकtonsil शिशु को immune system यनेके उसको बीमारियों से सुरक्षा प्रदान करता है। इसके बाद इस अवयव का कोई काम नहीं होता इसलिए उसे vestigial organ कहते है।
जैसे उम्र बढ़ती है उसका अकार बदल जाता है। अब हम Tonsil के बीमारियों के बारेमें चर्चा करेंगे।
Tonsil के बीमारियों को हम हमेशा टॉन्सिलाइटिस कहते है। तो आइये जानते है
टॉन्सिल (टॉन्सिलाइटिस) के लक्षण क्या है - Tonsillitis Symptoms in Hindi -लाल और सूजे हुए टॉन्सिल्स
-टॉन्सिल पर सफेद या पीले रंग का आवरण या धब्बे
-गले में खराश
-निगलने में परेशानी या दर्द
-बुखार
ऐसे लक्षण दिखाई देनेपर आप अपने नज़दीकी डॉक्टर के पास जाके इसका इलाज कर सकते है।
लेकिन इसे और भी गंभीर बीमारिया हमे टॉन्सिल की दिखाई देती है जैसे की Peritonsillar Abscess, या टॉन्सिल का कैंसर ऐसी गंभी बीमारिया हो सकती है। क्योकि इसके लक्षण भी टॉन्सिल की सामान्य बीमारियों जैसे होते है , लोग ज्यादातर ध्यान नहीं देते है। ऐसे वक्त आप तुरंत किसी विषेशज्ञ से मिले और जल्द से जल्द इसका उपचार करे
इसके आलावा टॉन्सिल की और भी बीमारिया है जैसे की foreign body tonsil , जिसमे कुछ जीचे कहते वक्त टॉन्सिल में अटकने के कारण पेशेंट को तीव्र वेदना हो सकती है। जिसका इलाज आप किसी ENT डॉक्टर के पास जाके कर सकते है।
Who should go for tonsil surgery ?
जब कोई भी गंभीर बीमारी हो जाती है तब टॉन्सिल का ऑपरेशन करना है या नहीं यह एक बोहोत बड़ी दुविधा होती है।
अगर टॉन्सिल का इन्फेक्शन सल्ल में ४ से ज्यादा बार होता है जिसके लिए आपको एडमिट होना पड़ता है तो आप ऑपरेशन करव सकते है। अगर आपको Peritonsillar Abscess हुआ है तब भी आपको ऑपरेशन करवानेकी जरुरत पड़ सकती है।
Tonsil cancer की बीमारी भी ऑपरेशन से ठीक की जा सकती है। Clotting disorders या hemoglobinopathies या cleft palate में tonsil का operation बिलकुल नहीं करना चाहिए।
