thanks alot. very nicely explained. the 4 th aspect of the 3rd prashna- how does the prana leave the body- is it skipped ?
@NirvegaVidya
@NirvegaVidya 3 жыл бұрын
Namaste, Ritika. Yes, the 4th Prashna has been skipped because it was not mentioned in the NET syllabus. For NET Yoga, one does not need to know the Upanishads in detail. Just the basics will suffice.

thank you once again sir, pls clear my doubt, is there any organs connected to external manifestation panchaprana as you have explained eye is related to surya (prana)
@NirvegaVidya
@NirvegaVidya 4 жыл бұрын
Namaste. The Prashna Upanishad does not make any connection between the sense organs and the external universe. All these external forces such as the sun, moon, etc. are considered to be Devatas (Deities) and not just mere objects in the Vedic philosophical tradition. These Devatas are said to be residing within man, responsible for the functioning of different organs. For this explanation, you may refer to the Aitareya Upanishad, which connects different parts of the body with different Devatas. kzbin.info/www/bejne/ppXHonWeod2rlZI

Its very good knowledge but outer sound is effecting your lecture. Can you bring your microphone closer? rather than holding on hand? I am following you and keeping in my study chart. Thank you
