With the new airport completed, I'd expect a lot more tourists will be visiting. Now will have air service to North America and Europe, with the jet service.

Yes it will be a big boost for them, we will probably fly there next time we go.

Hopefully an airline hub to compete with Keflavik. Nuuk's geographic location will negate the need for widebodies.
