"If we depend only on Singapore talent, today's Singapore cannot be sustained" Yes, this is definitely true, simply because by the numbers, Singapore's talent will never be able to pull off competition from neighbours. Singaporeans are also pampered more and more down the generations and can lead to potentially sloppier leadership. But all I am saying is that if you need "Great Talent" to run a simple down-to-earth savings bank like DBS and POSB. Then there is something wrong with judgment of the owners of Singapore ain't it?
