The treasury should consider engaging the zambia Revenue Authority,they have a very clear and efficient taxing system, Kenya can benefit from the system

Yes southern African countries have been effective taxing systems…. In Zambia every citizen has a tax payer identification number, you cannot open things like bank accounts, without that, you cannot pay taxes without that brighter can you import or export anything, taxes are automated and the system tax calculators, you just key in tax type then calculations will be on your screen within 2 seconds, taxes are approved within 10 minutes. Clear all these electronically, when you google Zambia revenue authority you will notice that in most cases they meet their tax collection targets and they collect more either quarterly or annually, the same applies to businesses too you can’t operate without tax payer number and taxes have due date, past due dates you will start cumulating penalties as per system
