NO! They shouldn't. The government has no business regulating DNA testing. All they need to do is provide the policy, standard principle,and platform/infrastructure in which the test is required to be carried out.

Western Ideology! What’s the true agenda for this in Africa. Be very carful and leery of technology that wants to know the identity of people that don’t know who they are. Keep the culture & what’s biblical. Who actually owns the DNA companies 🤔
