Here is a Transcript of the Video: (Maybe it's gonna help more) Together with muscles, strong bones enable the body to move freely, bones have a solid outer surface called compact bone, the inner bone called spongy bone, because it is less dense then compact bone, and has many small holes like a sponge. Bones contains cells called Osteoclasts that break down bone tissues, other cells called Osteoblasts make new bone tissue using minerals such as Calcium and Phosphate from blood, hormones such as Estrogen growth hormones and Testosterone help keep the number and activity of Osteoblasts higher then Osteoclasts so that more bone is made then removed. Physical forces and pressure during exercise also help bone to grow stronger and denser These processes allow bone to grow strong in children and young adults, people have their strongest, most dense called peak bone mass in their 30s, after this age Osteoclast gradually remove more bone then the osteoblasts make. Osteoporosis is a condition that lead to weaken bones causing them to break more easily, healthy bone is dense enough to support and protect the body and to handle the stresses of movement and minor injuries, however people with Osteoporosis have abnormally thin bones, with larger holes in the spongy bone There are two types of Osteoporosis: Primary Osteoporosis: is usually related to older age as well as reduce amount of estrogen in women Secondary Osteoporosis: Affect both children and adults, it is related to other issues or conditions, such as: Cancer, hormone problems, or use of certain medication A person has a greater risk for either type of Osteoporosis, if they don’t develop enough bone mass when they are growing from childhood to adulthood. Risk factors that can lead to low peak bone mass include: • A family history of Osteoporosis • Being White of Asian • Being female • A Poor diet • Certain medication (such as steroids or certain seizure medication) • Lack of physical activity (and weight bearing exercise) • Life style behavior (such as smoking, Drinking Alcohol) A person also has a greater risk for either type of Osteoporosis If they have a abnormal amount of bone loss after age 30 Some bone loss is normal after this age; however, a person with the same risk factures for low peek bone mass can be more likely to get osteoporosis as they age. Increased bone loss, is also common in women after the time of woman last period called Menopause, after Menopause, a woman Ovary stop making the hormone Estrogen, with the dropping hormone, bone removing cells called Osteoclasts are more active than the bone making cells called Osteoblasts, bones may break or fracture easily because they are unable to withstand the physical strain and pressure from even normal activities. Common fracture locations in people with Osteoporosis include the wrist, spine and hips Building strong healthy bones through a diet rich of Calcium and Vitamins and getting regular exercise can help prevent as well as treat Osteoporosis. Common medications for Osteoporosis include: Biphosphonates Denosumab Selective estrogen (receptor modulators (SERMS) ) Calcitonin In general these medications act on Bone removing Cells (Osteoclasts) Parathyroid hormone act on Bone making Cells (Osteoblasts) Foods or supplements containing Calcium and Vitamin D

Ismail Zouaoui dear Doctor I have a sister that she lives in Egypt she is 45 years old .. she is suffering from osteoporosis since she was 5 years old I remember when she felt on stairs and broke her arm then 6 month later she broke her leg then a year later she broke her hip .. and so on every year or two some thing fracture .. I am writing you that letter and my eyes are tearing sad for here .. I heard she broke her leg again both bones in the wright leg since January 2015 and she still in a cask in bed , last week the doctors made X-rays, but they found the bones is still not healed ... please , Egypt is way behind the medical advance .. there is nothing there like treatments or what so ever , I believe that whatever she takes from calcium it is not observed in her blood streams ... sadly .. even so when she was 7 years old she broke her hip and the doctors there put a cask on it for 4 month then that welding was wrongly that caused her having a leg higher 8 inches than the other leg .. they the doctors there did couple surgeries but without any success .. she doesn't mind her hip , but now her period started to disappear . and off course the hormones stopped helping her bones to be strong ..please , I am her brother , I live in las Vegas , I would love to bring her here to get treatments .. but for now I wanted to help her maybe by purchasing some of treatments that are for osteoporosis and I send them there by shipping them ..please I need your help ..do you know any organization or clinic facilities that they can heal and treat her please .. helpkal darwish 702-596-7243kallin18@yahoo.com she suffer for the last 5 month in bed with pain and no healing please ... hi..my knees, hips, shoulders and ankles sound bone and bone. Do I have osteoarthritis? Every day I search google and youtube what is the issue I'm experiencing now. I just do not know what is the difference between arthritis, osteoarthritis and osteoporysis. At first I remember it's a normal sound. Over time it gets louder when it comes to legs. sometimes it hurts on my knees. I'm doing jogging and biking exercise for 3 weeks and there is nothing to do. It sounds like the knee, including the hips, ankles and shoulders keep going. Are jogging and cycling good for me ?? i do yoga , exercise and diet..please reply doctor. or anyone who has experience like me and has recovered.

@robinhatch1187
@robinhatch1187 9 жыл бұрын
Robin Boontje Hey man! You're absolutely right in saying that PTH does have a positive effect on osteoclasts and that it does raise calcium levels in the blood. But some therapies that administer recombinant forms of PTH in intermediate doses can actually promote osteoblast activity! which helps lay down more bone tissue and promote bone density overall! I remember reading this same thing in my medical textbooks and being confused as fuck but apparently it can work like that lol. Look up the drug Teriparatide...If i remember correctly that's one of the drugs that have this effect!

Geez I’m osteoporosis L-4 I’m taking testosterone shots once every 2 weeks in fact I’m going switch to something stronger hopefully there’s a better alternative I feel it more on my fingers, feet, and back just the other day I was laying on my stomach playing a game for 10min when I felt my back on fire my back bone hurt so bad it lasted about 3 hours I’m 24 Initially I started feeling it on my thighs feels like something is eating u from the inside and poking you with needles it’s a weird feeling if your concern go get a dexa scan you need to see your doctor first to get one

My story starts from your second paragraph. Initially…. it’s so painful. I described the pokes and pins and needles piercing through and they are painful and come up suddenly. I am now scheduled for a Bone Density Test to R/O Osteoporosis.

Both are needed for the balance in the human body. Without it, we cant remove the bad part of bones and replace it with the newly created one

I have heard of and experienced healing while quoting the bible out loud so definitely do that every day. It makes my joints ,bones and everything so much stronger. Look up healing scriptures or maybe all the Bible is healing I don't know. There are times me or my family didn't get healing until I tithed you can try that too just never stop tithing. Play 'healing prayer' utube videos as much as you want, I get healing when I play them. I play Benny Hinn's healing videos and others. 🤗🙏
