This is what I needed to see after watching some depressive progression videos from people..... 15 years and an absolute warrior. Rock on

Absolutely. Build muscle, eat nutritiously like Olympians train their bodies

This was very inspirational! My dad is 73 and his Parkinson's symptoms were getting worse so we are getting back into physical therapy and focusing on resistance training at home

My brother takes A boxing for Parkinson’s class three times a week. Huge improvement in mobility.

This is great encouragement I have been doing sit-ups and push-ups and squats. I think the increased muscle tone has certainly been helping with maintaining balance.

If you have Parkinson’s you need to keep moving and working hard or become stiff as a board, fall and worse. I’m coming up on third year since being diagnosed, Rock Steady Boxing twice a week, two jobs, working out at home, play my grandson and still moving!

Anyone physically able should start with a simple routine 2-3x/week with squats and pushups at the sink, get a couple of gallon water jugs for bicep curls and overhead presses (each is 8# depending how full you make it). Take it slow at first, focus on perfect form. If you can't stand, work on that first. And PLEASE, research connection between GUT MICROBIOME & Parkinson's. Get your system healthy 💪 sugars and processed foods poison the cell mitochondria slowly
