Looking through the comments, not many people understand what happened here. This was an assault, using a motor vehicle as a weapon. Both ar very serious offences, potentially punishable with prison. Even on private property, it becomes a public place, the prosecutors would love this goose. Was anything left of the car when he got out of custody?
