Flames from unburnt fuel coming out of the hot exhaust can light the smoke and rubber on fire that is coming of the tire. When it gets hot enough, the tire can catch fire too.

Anarkist2k8 Intake valve being open too long and causes combustion in the exhaust manifold. Starts shooting flames out the back then sets it all on fire
