This innofader upgrade along with a djdi box to give it balanced xlr outputs would be a beast

@djdtrackz When you adjust the innofader on this mixer it stays like that until you open it again and adjust it again. But yes you can still fade slowly by using the UPFADERS like that you can mix or blend with out using the Xfader.

You can now use the innofader pro2 in the M2

The Innofader is fully adjustable with Tension and Curve Control you can almost leave no dead space for cutting

I did it today, You can solder the 3 wires cable (red-black-red) whithout cutting the grey cable. You just have to solder above the connection you show @5:32. And the switch to change the curve on the M2 will no longer work because the curve is only controled by the innofader.

@elekktroxstatic Sorry to hear that, I was afraid to solder close to the Circuit Board thats why I cut the wire seems to be easier like that. Remember the wire are Positive-Negative-Positive when you cut them good luck.

When you're talking about cutting the three wires and soldering the one adapter on. Once you solder the adapter on, where do you plug it into?

i have the numark x6, pretty the same mixer. i agree than the original cross is to far to open lightly the sound and I've put little piece of rubber to reduce the curse of the fader. And now it's easy to cut with light finger movements. But, if it is possible, i will just apply a light stab for open the sound and my question is : innofader is more sensible than the original fader to open very easy or is just more easy to graduate the curse of the fader? Thanks

How do you connect those 3 cables? In which order?

My boyfriend and I are doing this now, but it's not working and he miiight kill someone. Lol. When you cut the wire on the mixer there's two parts, you sodder the three wires on the top to the three fader wires... But what do you do with the other part of the wire that is attached to the left side of the board of the mixer?!?! It's taped up in there and we can't tell. I wonder if we have this wrong and that's why it's not working.. Please respond!! Thanks for the video but we need some more hel

So when you put that 3 prong plug in where does the red wire go? In the middle?

I'm looking at getting the M2 or Stanton M.203, or a couple other similar ones, any input on this mixer. I will be using it casually, no scratching, r anything like that, just playing music. I have an iM1 mixer right now, but only use 1 vinyl turntable, so I need the other phono to be able to switch to a line input... I'm also looking at the Numark NDX400 CDJ machine.... any help would be great.....

i cut that cable but all the cable , but left 3 wires. what should I do to stick em up those wires with other wires

Because some of this mixers were Solder on the wires instead of adaptors to the boards

Why do you have to solder? It says it works with the numark m2 How old is your mixer?

@MELLANIEL84 Sorry for the late Reply but I hope this helps If you already cut the wires wrap them back together with the one from the Innofader and solder back just how they where but now then Innofader is just going to be connected. Let me know if this helps I can make another video doing some more explaining and with out the Electrical tape.

I dont think it will work to my knowledge the one that works for this Mixers is the Innofader Pro but I might be wrong the Pro was the one they Recommended.
