"the heart alter ego" i love that🥹! i tend to always separate humans into 2 parts - their heart (made of raw emotions and love and selflesness and yey!) and their ego (the ME-MYSELF-I part that kind of leads us to be self centered at the cost of others but really just craves identity and tries to "protect" us). ah to be guided by our spiritual heart🥹
