Numbers in the Prepositional Case

Sometimes you'll need to put a number in the prepositional case, for expressions like "in two rooms" or "about three films." The good news is that if you've learned the genitive case forms of numbers... you already know the prepositional forms! In this video we'll look at examples of usage for numbers from 2 to 99, including two common expressions: equivalents for English "a double-edged sword" and "just a few steps away."

Hello sir. Pardon my inconsideration but I should like to ask you if you could be kind enough to explain to me this structure of Russian language that I just saw In some random place: Меня тарелки летают на квартире.. Why use меня while there is мои?

Это опечатка. Должно быть "У меня". Тут ещё человек использовал предлог "на" вместо "в" или "по", это попытка казаться неграмотным.
