The chase music in this game is the best from Puppetcombo IMO. The Powerdrill Massacre is much more effective though by the wailing of the killer as he chases you but the sounds that this game has for its chase music is phenomenal.

I’m pretty sure there’s five endings 1:mrs McDonnell burns the nun alive 2:mrs McDonnell burys herself 3:mrs McDonnell gets stuck in a hole and the nun vomits acid on her killing her 4:mrs McDonnell gets stuck in a reality bending vent and gets attacked by a stick figure made of light 5:mrs McDonnell falls down into a barbed wire pit and the nun eventually stabs her to death Ok I know five technically isn’t an ending since it’s so early in the game but I like to believe it is since it’s a unique way to die

I thought the same about they having this same mechanic of clocks opening secret doors, draining a sink to drop a hex key, etc. Even though Night Shift is today known as a prequel to Stay Out of the House, I still think that, maybe, Puppet Combo made Nun Massacre as some kind of test for their possibilitys and limitations. Someone said the daughter is the actual :Nun: who went crazy and killed everyone there then lured the mom to exact revenge for sending her there. this end make connection with The Glass Staircase and Murder House, at the end of the two the people who died for the murderers left their graves to try to kill them. So I think that in this game the main character (which we control) is a living dead who came out of his grave to try to get revenge on his murderer, so in the end when he finishes his "mission", he goes back to your grave ..... just a theory ..

Honestly, this ending makes more sense than "good" one. You can apprehend it as a that mother felt guilty of sending her child to this place (perhaps, she know the sisters/nuns there are well know for strict treating) and she accepted her horrible sin she committed to own child and her atonement is "eternal peace".

I'm not sure about the story it's a bit confusing but It seems that the main character is mother of the daughter from diaries, she went there to pick her up because she the Nun contacted her and told she is sick. From the ending letters it's obvious that the mom has a bad opinion about her daughter, she thinks she is "evil" so she probably approved the nun's behaviour towards her daughter. The nun didn't treat other children the same way as her daughter. The main character is probably religious narcissist and can't stand that the daughter doesn't believe in god. She gives up because she thinks it's the only way to save her, probably realized that the nun and her daughter are in fact dead so she went crazy.
