Reverse engineering this game has been pretty interesting. At the start of the game, there are 3 sets of probabilities. LOW, MED, HIGH. These are the values they start off in a New Game. LOW = 5 MED = 10 HIGH = 20 The game uses the LOW probability at the start. However, I'm not sure WHEN the game changes what probability to use. There are triggers scattered around the map. Most are in front of those shutter doors. Others in intersections. When you touch the trigger, it gets a random number from 0 - 100. If it is less than the probability number (let's say LOW), the killer will spawn. If not, the trigger is disabled until you refresh the level or the killer despawns. After the killer despawns, a schedule begins After 0 Seconds: LOW = 0, MED = 0, HIGH = 0 After 8 Seconds: LOW = 15, MED = 25, HIGH = 40 After 20 Seconds: LOW = 10, MED = 20, HIGH = 40 From what I can tell from other codes 1. Walking or running doesn't effect the probabilities of the killer appearing. 2. You're always safe if you stay still (why would you do that, tho) 3. The killer relies on being off camera to despawn. 4. For every second, the killer's scream pitch changes between 61% and 69% 5. You and the killer start with 100 health. Everytime you're hit, you lose 20 hp. There's also a code that changes Megan's texture if you have over 100 health. Not sure what it is, though. There's still much for me to investigate, so a few of these may be incorrect.

im with this. but i got my own twist-she escapes but what being chased forever represents to me is her slowly slipping into the madness that connects all of these different killers. it really sold it for me when the little girl you initially chase starts to mimic your own movement. after wading through the toxic sludge and being stalked and stabbed by a power drill maniac delved her into insanity. thats what we hear at the "true ending" where her screams sound more tortured and hopeless instead of the "bad ending" where she gets trapped in a cage naked and killed. both are dark to be sure but this was just a taste for whats to come being one of the first puppet combo games

Based on the ending and the hallway sequence I like to imagine the building is sort of non Euclidean and has some weird time effects like to her maybe she was only in that building a couple hours but outside she’d been gone for months. Hence why they put out a missing persons report after they found Jeff dead

I really, really REALLY wish Puppet Combo would stop with deafeningly loud jumpscare noises. I bring t up because I think it actually works the best in this game. Its the perfect payoff for the tension and the fact that the killer can just appear in the corner of your eye

agreed, while i love Puppet Combo's games with the ps1 and ps2 era graphics, i just hate the loud noises, screams and chase music, it feels like nothing has changed, games or mods like Afraid Of Monsters and Cry Of Fear doesn't use jumpscare noises, also RE and SH, i just really hope that Puppet Combo actually learns and finally tone down and make them more subtle than "LOUD EAR BLASTING SCREAM OR NOISE", because it sucks that i have to literally play with my volume down to 2 or 6 or 8
