I am new to felting, 67 yrs young and still learning, and love every minute that I am binge watching Wacky Wednesday, with Marie and all the fairies,...thank you for sharing your creative mind and ideas with Me, hugs to you all! I have been spinning alpaca, merino silk since the 90s , dying wool and making beautiful sweaters hats and scarves, but felting is new to my repertoire, lol!!! Thank you again for sharing your life with us out here,I am greatful to be able to learn from the best!!! Will be calling soon!

Your teaching style is relaxed and informative while demonstrating the process. The emphasis you place on gathering supplies in the beginning allows your students to understand the importance of each element you use for the project. Thank you for taking the mystery out of nuno felting. I'm much more comfortable with the process after watching your videos. I've gathered so many supplies over the years, but I've been hesitant to nuno felt. Thank you. Be well.

Thank you so much for your lovely feedback, it really is so encouraging and appreciated. We are so glad if you find these helpful and LOVE THAT you feel you can get started using the supplies you have acquired! Sometimes...you just need to "start" to get past the "blank page syndrome" ... so make something, anything and dive in. There is so much fun ahead for you :) ~ With love, Marie

This is a great tutorial. I watched it several times before I actually attempted this as I have never Nuno felted before. Even so, I'm so thankful for the pause button! Marie is an excellent teacher, It pretty much took me all day to complete this.Just laying everything out to begin took me so long. Gather everything ahead of time and have it all ready to go. I thought I did, but then I had to cut my resist and needed wider bubble wrap, etc and more towels. One thing I didn't anticipate, was that my silks would bleed our color. Thank you for providing this wonderful learning experience.

Now I am going to start making a few more with the fabrics and fibers that I have. It was a lot of fun, and your instructions are thorough and complete. I especially liked your supply list, fiber list, and that you provide the measurements and weights.

Absolutely amazing!!! Cannot wait to make this. I have most of my supplies but I do have some questions about where to find all the "silks" and embellishments? And how do I know what will felt? I don't want to spend a lot of money and I think the silks are expensive. I'm also at a loss where to find the "resist". Is it a plastic or a canvas that bends with holes?Thank you for the tutorial.
