Best video yet of all the different options! I just got an extra POM plate with mine but going to try removing some of the foam and adding GMK caps to try and get a clackier tone. Default though gives the sound I think most people are looking for and it's so easy to mod!

Thanks! POM plate will give you more like a pop/marbly sound. Alu is the clackiest and you can remove all the foam to get that clacky tone like I did. Goodluck!

Thank you for posting this! I think I kinda manhandled my KB when installing/reinstalling my switches and now 5 keys are dead, so I am hoping I can figure out what is wrong with the PCB, something tells me some soldering may be involved, which I have never done... 😢 There is a first time for everything! perhaps it's only a banded pin when you tried to put the switch on to the PCB. cheers 🙌🏻

@@adimology Thanks for the tip, and yeah all the bad keys did have bent switches, however I’ve tried several other switches with pins that are not bent and the troubled keys still don’t work. My guess is that I somehow damaged the pcb😭

next time could you take out all the foam when comparing the different gaskets? its hard to tell the difference with foam
