My son, Ayden is 17 as well! He was having energy issues. Took him to the doctor and they did blood tests. I thought it was a sugar issue but he had low iron. He took an iron supplements for 4 months. That's when I stopped buying processed food and cooking more meat for him (I didnt give him a choice). I am carnivore, he is more low carb. But when my oldest son (31) moved home the diet changed alot. He's into fruit and veggies. Ayden has never cared for either. But when your cooking for more than yourself... Starting in January I told Sean he was going to cook for himself because I felt it was so important to get Ayden back on track, cutting the sugars out again. He knows he feels better eating low carb 😊❤ Thanks so much for this testimony both of you!! Happy New Year 🎉

@@bee_bee3 It's possible. A lot of the low iodine symptoms I've had for years. I was a vegan for 9 years before becoming carnivore, I figure that has a lot to do with it b/c I didn't go through a lot of these types of things when I was young.
@bee_bee320 күн бұрын
@@TheKimONeill interesting. I don't think I had any thyroid issue, but I'm not sure, in my case I was vegetarian for a decade and pescatarian in the last decade. When I increased iodine a few years ago, my breast pain decreased a lot and I stopped being so sensitive to hot/cold temperatures. I did this because I saw a Dr Berg video that said iodine helped with estrogen dominance which could be linked to breast cysts as estrogen helps in the growing of things (like a baby so also cysts). I started using iodised sea salt. I don't know anything for sure, maybe it was a coincidence, but these internet doctors have helped me a lot more than any others I've ever seen and with just natural and simple suggestions. Glad you have found your missing puzzle piece and feeling better now with the iodine 🙂

Thanks for saying it out loud...serotonin comes from the gut. That is why the gut microbiome is super important to mental and physical health.. Sometimes if eating carnivore and not losing as you did in prior months, especially for women, many cases have shown they are not eating enough...yes not enough protein and fat. Women tend to slack off eating from years of dieting habits. Also, too much coffee in the day can decrease your appetite, be aware of that. I see these ingredients on many items. Beware of ANY FLAVORINGS...even "natural" flavorings which are made from chemicals drawing out the flavor from real food.....like chicken flavoring from chicken but enhanced by chemically drawing it out. Natural Flavor - The only difference between natural and artificial flavors, is that natural flavors are derived from things found in nature. Natural flavors are a proprietary mixture of chemicals and each flavor may contain up to 100 ingredients, including sodium benzoate, glycerin, potassium sorbate, and propylene glycol (none of which are labeled) Soy Lecithin - Another super processed additive that comes from GMOs. Just like the soybean oil, it’s extracted from GMO soybeans with the neurotoxin hexane

When I was a teenager I had severe cystic acne and I was put on Tetracycline antibiotic for over a year. Later in my 20s I started having the feeling of skipped heartbeats and I've had those all my life off and on, there would be periods of time when I didn't have them and then others that I had a lot of them. Learning that the gut bacteria is so important and could be linked to irregular heartbeats due to the connection through the Vegas nervous system I researched what probiotic to try. I bought the Lactobacillus Reuteri and I purchased the Pendulum Metabolic Daily that contains other strains one being Akkermansia. After a week of taking these 2 my skipped heartbeats stopped and my sleep got better, I seem to dream more, and my fasting blood sugar in the morning is about 5 to 10 points lower. It could be a crazy coincidence but I think I'll continue to take these for a while.

Comparing a physician to a nurse is like comparing apples to oranges-they are distinct professions with different scopes of practice. No matter how many degrees one earns in nursing, they remain a nurse, as the profession is fundamentally different from that of a physician. Practicing medicine requires attending medical school and completing the necessary training. To suggest otherwise undermines the rigorous education and expertise that physicians acquire, which I find disrespectful to the medical profession. Kerry, please don’t ask that again. Asking if a nurse is just one level below a physician is completely inaccurate-no such hierarchy exists. Nurses and physicians have distinct roles, each with its own expertise and responsibilities.

The video gave some poor information. The Bible clearly states we are to live to be 70-80 years. 120 years is not correct. This number was set by God before we had processed carbs, etc. Also, nurse practitioners aren’t bridging the pay gap between themselves and doctors, nor should they. There is a vast educational gap between nurse practitioners and doctors. That is the reason nurse practitioners practice under the signature of a doctor. We are also experiencing a shortage of doctors and an over-saturation of nurse practitioners. The pay gap is actually widening.

We actually have too many healthcare providers when projecting forward a vision of a healthy world. How many fewer mentally unwell, poor vascular health, failing kidneys and needing amputation patients will there be. Based on 75% of the us population being overweight or obese and 93% not being metabolically healthy...well basically everyone and therefore the whole system is a house of cards if placed in a healthy world just like the whole business of war is worth 0 in an enlightened and peaceful world. I don't like things framed in terms of the false values and expectations this matrix imposes on us. We need to envision better and frame things from the perspective of that higher vision. We say carnivore heals but we shouldn't have been sick to begin with. Carnivore brings us home, to baseline, from which we strayed. It's not for just those that need healing. I think the whole hunter-gatherer is way overblown. If you read the Bible, they had animals that they took care of and were readily available, as witnessed whenever someone showed up and they killed and prepared meat from their herd. They weren’t finding animals and feasting for a couple of days then forced to fast until their next kill. Adam was the first man and from the time he was kicked out of the garden, he had livestock. Noah had livestock on the ark. Did some kill as they went? Yes. But that wasn’t the standard for man. You have to throw out the Bible and believe the earth, and man, are millions of years old to believe the hunter-gatherer mindset.

Living to 120 years old is a mistake underestimating the Bible. The 120 years God is speaking about was the the amount of time left before he terminated all living things besides what was on the ark. The quality of life is the main benefit, but certainly we can live a few years longer with outliers going beyond
